One was easy. It was a limp arm. BUT they also found the whole frame didn't sit straight, so they aligned everything perfectly. The second one was more complicated. Lens out and kinda badly scratched -- permanently. The frame was horribly askew (wireframe). Same pair I've brought in numerous times for repair, each time with a lens out. I blame yardwork. Astoundingly, they were able to salvage the frame and perfectly aligned everything. And it cost nothing.

When my son was looking for a new pair of glasses, he started here. He already had his prescription and wanted to look over frames. They have a wide selection and was really surprised how good it actually was. Service really stood out to me on the time the employee spent with my son looking at different frames. Ultimately, he decided to purchase elsewhere, but it was an extremely good experience service wise. The price point I felt was affordable considering these days optometry services have skyrocketed. Who knows in the future with my son living in St. Louis if he may return, but there was nothing negative whatsoever about our visit. He was treated very well and I would recommend.

Prior visits the sales associates were hustling and bustling helping you find the perfect frame. Now, they just sit at their desk or stand around and talk to each other. After I made my selection, all by myself, her attitude was condescending as she checked me out. Don't talk down to your customer, we're why you have a job and are there working. I also saw a difference in the quality of frames that were on display. I know Luxottica owns LensCrafters and many of the brands they offer in the store. So it was disappointing to see a drop in the product quality. When my glasses were ready and I came in to pick them up, the service wasn't much better. They handed them to me and asked if I could see clearly. I was so tempted to say, "Yes, I can see I will not be coming back here for future frames." Seriously, they truly did deserve a 2 Star rating, but I like Antoine Eye Care that is attached to the store. That is why I only dropped them to a 3 Star rating. In the future, I get my eyes checked at Antoine and take my prescription somewhere else.

Today I had my first eye appointment at Walmart Vision Center--Dr. Todd Wollbrinck was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about my eyes and explained everything in a way I could understand--much better than previous eye doctors! I've always been nearsighted and have needed glasses/contacts, but I didn't know I had slight astigmatism; it explains why weird things happen with my eyes sometimes. Very informative and friendly. And, all of the staff was really nice and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend, and I will be back next year! :)

When I needed them for an urgent visit they told me in about a month I could get in. My wife was a patient at Manchester Eye Care and Dr Secoy. Received a same day appointment and antibiotic prescription. Perfect follow up appointment and for years now Dr Secoy handles all my routine appointments and corrective lenses. Eyecare the way it should be! Cannot say enough great things about Manchester Eye Care.

I am a diabetic and would not trust my eyes with anyone else. Dr. Becker was patient and kind. He always had time to listen to my concerns. Everything that was great in Dr. Becker (he retired) is also great in Dr. Selliyan and Dr. Pfeiffer. I recently had cataracts removed and they went out of their way to reassure me that the procedures would be quick (10 Minutes) and I wouldn't feel a thing (I didn't). The staff was incredibly helpful, explaining what the insurance would cover, what the aftercare instructions would be and were patient with me during my follow-up visits.

Dr. Qazi was really great explaining my son's condition and our options. Dr. Slegal was great working with my son on his lenses and explaining the whole process about insurance as well. When we came back the 3rd time for the scleral contacts the office made sure to do everything they could to have the insurance cover it since this can be very expensive which I was very grateful for. I even switched from my optical place to Pepos. Very pleased with our overall experience.

Beware of Bait-and-Switch Sales Tactics at This Location…read more THE SALE: We specifically requested premium Crizal HR coatings and XTRActive Polarized Transitions lenses that would darken while driving. THE "WAIT 3 MONTHS" TRAP: When the lenses didn't darken in the car, staff told us to give them three months because they would get darker over time. We followed their advice, which pushed us past the 30-day window. THE REVEAL: Within two months, the lenses were also severely scratched. When we later reviewed the order with LensCrafters, we discovered we had received neither the Crizal HR coating nor the XTRActive Polarized Transitions lenses we specifically requested and were told we were getting. THE BLAME: Management then told us we were past the 30-day return window, wanted about $1,400 for replacement lenses, and said we should have caught the abbreviated product descriptions on the receipt. You shouldn't need an optometry degree to decode a receipt and make sure the salesperson ordered what was requested and promised. This is about trust, and LensCrafters completely lost ours.
