She said she would not allow me into my own car to get it and they would not release the car to me without my ID or the money. I asked how can I get my car back then? She said it wasn't her problem. I told her I was in the middle of moving across the country, lost my ID somewhere in the car, had my passport buried in the trunk and that I could totally get my ID or passport if they just supervised me while I looked for it. I'm a 24yo Female traveling alone across the country. She said again that it wasn't her problem and I was not going to get my car back without my ID. She said "and I'm not going to spend all day looking for your ID and I'm not going to let you in the car" My whole life was in the car. She gave me no other options on how to resolve the issue. She wasn't proactive. She seemed to enjoy putting me in a desperate situation. I said ok and hopped the fence. Found my ID and my cash while she screamed at me over and over again "you're going 'back' to jail" One strange thing was That she kept saying ''back'' to jail even though I've never been to jail. Like, who does she think she's talking to? Her estranged relative that did that bad thing again? Anyway, She was calling the cops and telling me I'm going to jail and that they have me on video hopping the fence. I said okay but I have my ID and money now. She said, "too bad! you're going to jail" I walked away down the HWY hauling my life savings and camping gear. Sheriff found me along the HWY. I Told him what happened and that she gave me no options. He searched me, ran my ID, and told me I should've been the one to call the cops on her. He drove me back to the place, convinced her not to press trespassing charges. He told me next time to call the cops and I told him calling the cops should be a last resort but that I would do it if I ever needed to. Anyway I finally got my car back and she barred me from the tow place for one year on trespassing charges. Other dude working there told me I came 10 minutes too early. He said if I came later, Alyssa would've been gone and he would've allowed me to get my ID and money from my car and all this would've been avoided.. So as my wife was about to call the police to do a police report the driver called the office and the owner and his girlfriend said we have a body shop we can fix it don't worry about it please don't do a place report for insurance reasons. I stupidly drove my Toyota Camry onto the beach at Nassau sound and got stuck in the sand. I called Advanced Towing to tow me out. They requested a 250.00 payment up front. Out of desperation I charged my credit card. I waited for them for about 45 minutes. During that time some kind folks pulled my car out of the sand. I immediately called Advanced Towing to cancel the tow. They said okay the tow is cancelled, however they still charged my card. I called them to request a refund and was told they could not refund me. So basically they wanted 250.00 for not doing anything. After I raised hell with them they decided to give me a refund of 150.00. So basically I was robbed without a gun. This company sucks if you need a tow truck please don't call them. read more

At 930 I called the company they said another 45 minutes then called and said they were canceling the request and not coming at all. Would not recommend them ever to anyone. On 20 January 2020 at 1:04 p.m. I called Progressive to have our 2005 Chevy Duramax 2500 diesel towed to the repair shop in Callahan for repairs. It is not running. I received a text from Progressive with the Advanced Towing Company name and contact information and a link that stated that they had an ETA of 2:45 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. I called Advanced Towing to check on their ETA and was told several excuses why they hadn't arrived, one being her child was sick with strep and another that she thought she had declined the call. I asked her if they were coming and she said she would send a driver and he should be there in 15 minutes. At 4:20 p.m. I called Progressive to have them check the status due to the attitude of the Advanced Towing employee. They contacted the Advanced Towing and told me that the driver was on his way and was 15 minutes out. I was concerned that they would not get the truck to the repair shop before they closed at 5:00 p.m.. Advanced Towing told Progressive that repair shop has a drop box for the keys. I had already contacted repair shop and they told me that if its after hours the tow company just leaves the keys behind the fuel door on the vehicle. I was not comfortable with that. I asked Progressive who is responsible for my vehicle and was told that Progressive was not and that the Tow company would be responsible which from research I have done they will accept no responsibility for any damages that they make. At 4:50 p.m. I cancelled the tow. At 6:39 p.m. I received a call from Advanced Towing wanting to know if I had cancelled the tow and I told her yes. She claimed that Progressive never notified her and that Progressive was the worst company to deal with regarding towing. My car was on recall from Chrylser, was told by Chrylser to be on site 15 minutes prior to est time because they are usually early. I received text from Chrysler saying 145pm, I showed at 130. At 2pm I called Advanced Towing to get a new ETA. The lady on the phone told me that the driver was still tied up on previous call. I told her I would run through a drive thru and eat lunch and be right back. I waited until 3pm and called again, the lady was annoyed and short with me and stated the driver was cleaning up the previous scene on the INTERSATE and would be to me after that, the interstate is 30minutes minimum to me with construction..I told her that the text from Chrysler stated 145 and she said that their text doesn't mean crap. .
