They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. I thankfully brought my own. The pedicure itself was very basic. He didn't get all of the rough skin off the bottom or sides of my feet. He was very rough with the brush on my feet. Massage was better than some but didn't ask if I needed more or less pressure. Paint job looks fine but it's still drying so I won't know more until later. Not only that they tried ripping the gel off her nails to remove it. They thought she had on acrylics when it was her natural nails. With everything that happened there was no excuse made to us and we were charged full price. It was an extremely disappointing appointment and we will not be back. It's very sad because we were longtime customers.
