They diagnosed a clog without even turning our system on or checking it. We spent $1200 they camera and jetted the line but found no clog. but did discover we were on a party line with the neighbor. So, then the neighbor paid $1200 to have his line jetted and camera again no clog. They wanted to dig up his driveway to be able to run the camera farther to find the clog. Quoted is $5000. We had another company come out to inform us because it's a pressurized system the likely hood of a clog was slim. Tested our system and it was a bad flow check valve. $2400 for a wrong diagnosis from 1776 plumbing, a wrong diagnosis because they didn't even check our system. I emailed twice to follow up with them to try to meet in the middle and rectify it before I had to leave a review but they ignored me both times. They are not up front and honest.

I requested a quote and was satisfied with the cost based on materials and labor. As covid was still an issue, scheduling took some time but was worth the wait. When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.
