But when we got in the car and turned the phone on, a new white flashing light started going off. This wasn't just unresolved--it was a final slap in the face. In retrospect, each time we went to Tech Bros, we experienced more damage. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive. When we insisted that they fix the damage, they threatened to post our texts online like transparency would somehow make us look like the bad guys. Classic deflection tactic - trying to intimidate and discredit us because they know they've mishandled this, and we're holding them accountable.
