It was true that reaching out to the owner and getting back from him was hard at the beginning, because he was in Florida according to another review I found, which was also confirmed with their guy Andy later. I found their email on their website, and Andy replied me after 2 days and said they would come out to inspect next week. They did come and told me they would send out their guys to fix it in the next few days. Amazingly they came back the next day and fixed everything before noon! Because our roof is still under warranty, so they didn't charge us anything. We are very happy they honored the warranty and fixed the roof so fast!
