Not only are they super prompt and on top of things with prescriptions, but they also deliver!!! The delivery is prompt and it is pretty much free!!! Their online portal is super user friendly and easy to use. It makes prescription refills a breeze! I was able to confirm my insurance and pay for everything over the phone. I got the prescription delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Best of all, it was contactless delivery. The doctor and staff were nice and helpful. This review is purely from the perspective of hold times, the hold music/messaging, and the endless transfers when you finally do reach someone.
