I look forward to going to see her once every other month or so she actually care about you and she put forth so much effort in trying to find out what's going on with you I've never met a kinder physician. I moved to Henderson recently and had to find a rheumatologist and Dr. Harris at Ologymed was recommended to me. Dr. Harris is the kindest, most gracious doctor I have ever met! He talked to me and listened to me as though we were old friends. Too many doctors ( especially in the Las Vegas area) rush you out to get to the next patient but that was not my experience at Ologymed. The office is very zen like and the staff are great! I'm a new patient to this office and I have to say that Dr Harris is phenomenal! He listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Not once did I feel rushed. His medical assistant was also fabulous. She was so friendly and kind. The front desk was nice too. My only hangup with her was that she didn't introduce herself. I think it's important for staff to introduce themselves to patients. After all, they know your name, you should know theirs. The waiting area and exam room were very clean. Listening to the waterfall was very relaxing...nice touch. I came to Dr. Harris after my other rheumatologist left the practice. He is fantastic. His bedside manner is by far the best of any doctor I've had here. I felt like he actually listened to my concerns and was willing to try different options if my current medication wasn't working. I have terrible ptsd from other medical offices. It was a nice change to feel like someone actually understood what I go through and cared enough to try to help me. The staff is patient and friendly and is always willing to answer questions. (My only advice is DO NOT see the PA unless you want to leave upset and stressed out. I absolutely do not recommend her as an alternative if Dr. Harris is unavailable.) read more

I've been coming to this clinic for several months, and my experience has always been great. The providers and staff are very kind and professional. I'm usually greeted with a smile and a positive attitude, and everyone is helpful and caring when I have questions. Unfortunately, my last visit was very different because of the new front desk person, Alison. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I even overheard her make an inappropriate comment about another patient. Which was completely inappropriate and not something anyone should hear at a doctor's office. Patients come here because they're not feeling their best -- we should be greeted with kindness, not judgment. I also called in to confirm this appointment and Alison sounded irritated and short with me, the only reason I know it was Alison was because I recognized her voice as soon as I was rudely greeted. This is not the kind of attitude this clinic is known for. I'm sharing this feedback anonymously because I truly like this office and its providers, but I hope something is done about this situation. read more

I was fairly new to this practice after a referral. Dr. Harris is thorough but his PA Angela is not. I was instructed by her to bring my bottles of medication to the next visit. I am going thru awful neurology symptoms and I forgot the bottles. She went on and on about my forgetting the bottles. Again, I was in a bad way with anxiety and her keeping up was very disturbing. The one-star review is for the office's poor organization. The receptionist with short hair was very rude and seemed unqualified to work with patients. I had to call three times about my prescriptions, which they falsely claimed had been sent. Dr Scott has been my doctor for years. He's attentive, kind and funny. His type of care is too rare these days. He's phenomenal.

I had an appointment with DR Elham Taherian just to be told that my appointment was another day. I had been waiting for a month and a half for this appointment. The staff in the front are unprofessional and are clueless. Then they wanted to charge me a 50 no show because they said my appointment was on another day, I told them absolute not... Then they brought the doc out which she said i would have to get blood drawn in order to refill my medication. Why wasn't i called? If i needed to get blood drawn this should of been addressed to me. I fill like they just wanted to charge me my copayment then bill my insurance. I do not recommend this office; it was the worse experience EVER and i have had RA for over 10 years. I wish i could report this to the BOARDS. Good luck if you're waiting over a month to see this DOC.... I'd rather fly to CA and see my DOC then be treated so poorly and deal with incompetence front desk staff and her. read more

Dr Teherian is absolutely amazing. The office staff is very unfriendly. In the last 6 months I have had my infusion appointment cancelled last minute 3 times. My regular appointment was a whole other mess that took countless phone calls and 4 different scheduled appointments changed around. I can't write a more honest , horrible review about this practice and the staff. Let's start with the fact that my husband and I had our appointments for 3 MONTHS.... I got a call 2 weeks before our appointments stating we needed referrals from our dr. NO PROBLEM. I phoned our dr and they ensured the referrals would be sent over that day . We showed up for our appointment 15 minutes early to be told that our appointment was CANCELED, that I received a voicemail the day before... cause they never received our referrals! I said I never got a message, neither did my husband and I said no problem I will phone my dr right now and get it sent over. The front desk girl by the mane of Ali , proceeds to tell me I'm being "aggressive " cause I was on the phone with my dr ??? My husband was SO ANGRY that this person said this to me he exited the practice cause he didn't want to be seen anymore. We NEEDED this appointment! We waited 4 MONTHS for this appointment and when I looked at my phone and saw that they did in fact leave a voicemail at 4:45 pm the day before our appointment there would of been nothing we could of done at that time regardless. I had our referrals sent over AND our drs office called this girl Ali , both my drs office were calling me to tell me that it was taken care of , to only sit and wait for over 1 hour to be told not only are we not being seen. I had read this drs reviews, and took a crap shoot to make an appointment being there are not many specialists in NV .. but now I know why she has the reviews she does . 4 different practices, HORRIBLE patient reviews, this is her practice and obviously a reflection of her staff as well . Good luck... I'd rather fly to CA or go to Mayo in AZ and see a real Dr than deal with the incompetence of drs like this . read more
