He had an injection done in my r) shoulder which helped immensely with my pain. At the same time, it established there were two sources of pain occurring simultaneously but never knew it. Now the second area is identified and can be treated. If all this wasn't enough, he refused to do a pain injection in my left hand until an MRI was done. That way he can make sure the proper treatment is done rather than just assuming. I'm in a wheelchair with severe spinal pain yet they did their best to make my visit reasonably comfortable. People can complain all they want but I am quick to identify poor customer service. It was nothing but the best for myself.

In early January, I contacted the Henderson office to schedule an appointment with Dr Wu. Dr Wu has…read morealways been my doctor, yet lately the staff has been trying to push me off on the PA Neil. After waiting 2 long weeks for my TPI appointment, I realized that they had mistakenly set up my appointment with Neil. They only confirmed that when they sent me the reminder notice the day before my appointment. I called and spoke to Lauren at the Henderson office regarding the mistake with my appointment. she tried to resolve it and scheduled my TPI for the following day at the Henderson office with Dr wu. They claimed that Dr Wu refuses to administer my appointment without the first appointment that I had called about in early january. This was pushing off my TPI until the end of the month. After an hour or so, I had Dr Wu's assistant call me to discuss the protocol. I explained again the mistakes that were made. I asked why weren't the tpis being administered by Dr Wu the way he had explained it to me? I also explained that my insurance doesn't require the pre-approval so the reason I have been given previously about why three appointments are necessary for one TPI shot had been a lie. Anyway, I was told that their manager would contact my office. I asked, "If this was the same manager that's over the other locations?" She confirmed that it was. I explained that I've dealt with her before and she is the rudest person I've ever spoken with. I was told that she would call me back anyway. I then received three calls from their office and the person on the phone pretended like they couldn't hear me. Yeah right! This is the only doctor's office that I know that requires three appointments for a TPI. They make you come in for an initial appointment, then the TPI appointment and then a follow-up. I had to follow up with my insurance to see why this office is acting in this manner. I also don't understand why the PA will see me without an initial appointment, however Dr Wu will not! Something is definitely up I would go to any other office other than Innovative pain care. Even if the doctors are good, their administrative staff is absolutely incompetent! I'm now in excruciating pain because of their incompetence

I received different information from different NP each time I have gone for appointment because you won't see a doctor. They will push injections after injections and IV push at each visit even if you don't want it because it doesn't help they say oh well you will get it. I would tell them I am scared of needles and they promise to put you to sleep but don't. I heard one of the doctors yelling at another employee, which is crazy! Honestly I think trust is the most important thing and I lost that pretty fast with them. They would always say what I want to hear until you get there and it's not the case. One time they had me wait 4 hrs for injections, because they were traveling from 1 clinic to another. Why not tell me to come later instead of laying in an uncomfortable bed for hours in pain? I only went there because they said they will put me asleep but again they didn't. So this was the 2nd time now I still kept giving them a chance until my last appointment and said I do not need put up with this,I am finding another place and did. Save your self a bunch of hassle and go somewhere else from the beginning. I only went here because my other doctor closed. I think most of us want to be treated like humans and not like trash. That's how this place made me feel. I had 4 IV pushes and 2 injections between March and December of 2025. I saw Feryal Hemmati NP most of the time and she is just rude, like who says you will do something? I made my husband one with me to see what I was experiencing and he was shocked at how she speaks to patients. We both worked in medical for a long time so we know this is not how you treat people!

Advanced Pain Management Center - They scheduled my appointment for memorial day and there closed they did it to 5 others as well 10/10 don't recommend this place sucks ass

Incompetent staff undermining good medical care…read more I had a very positive first impression with Dr. Sharma himself--he was thorough, clear, and I trusted his plan for my pain management. Unfortunately, his staff have repeatedly failed me and put my health at risk. Calls and voicemails to schedule appointments, get documentation submitted to insurance, or request refills are not returned. I was given misinformation about the prior authorization process (told insurance could not provide billing info due to HIPAA, which was completely false). Multiple incorrect prior authorization submissions left me without medication, leading to withdrawal symptoms and uncontrolled pain. The office manager and staff have been unprofessional, dismissive, and even hostile when I asked for accountability. On one occasion I ended a call in tears, and even my pharmacist was reduced to tears after trying to work with them. Despite me personally resolving issues with my insurance, the office still claimed nothing was fixed. The contrast is heartbreaking: Dr. Sharma is excellent, but his staff are incompetent and unprofessional, and they directly undermine patient care. Until this office invests in better training, communication, and accountability, patients like me will continue to suffer unnecessarily.
