I have been going to this pain management. Doctor for about 13 years. I have been through the ups and downs of all the different staff that has been in and out. I am really close until a lot of the people in the office and they are literally like a second family to me. I look forward to going here and seeing them because I actually miss them over the course of a month. My doctor is Arial Dunson she is feisty at times but so loving and caring and will fight for what her patients need. Danielle is by far one of my favorite medical assistants she's like a best friend of me. Karine and Monica are so sweet and always listen. DEsiree at the front desk is always so helpful and knows what to do when you need help always has a smile. The office manager heather is literally one of the best human beings ever. Lonnie is my mother's doctor he's firm? But understanding and just a giant teddy bear. You've got the man himself, Dr Daniel Fabito i'm beyond knowledgeable and cares about your basic needs.Along with your pain. The office is beyond clean. Always the perfect temperature, very spacious. And because I suffer from migraines, there's always a room in the back with no lights for me. There are some days when they do run behind. But that just gives me more time to go talk and visit You will never find a more patient and understanding office Warning, though, if you do dumb things, they do have consequences. I had an epidural at his office. His office and team were fantastic. It was done with no problems.

Where do I begin? I began seeing Dr. Hardie and she was wonderful. However it took 2 1/2 hours of wait time. Ariel Dunson is THE worst!! Horrible medical provider and horrible person. She told me I had to have spine surgery or else I would end up in a wheelchair. She scared the heck out of me. She has zero right to tell me this as she's not even a Doctor, much less a Surgeon. Stay in your own lane, Ariel. You are the worst provider I've ever had in my life. I was scared to death after you got done with me. Next time, shut all the way up. An actual surgeon told me I didn't have to have surgery. So a great big FU to that witch, Ariel Dunson. She should be fired. Last was Dr. Park who was okay. He got you in and out fast but he's weird. Always wondering if you're mad at him. It was strange. What really ticked me off about this place is when I moved out of state. The new state, Oregon, will not give me Opioids. I was told that if I got in touch with my old providers they could send my records to be reviewed by a medical team to see if I required the Opioids. I called several times and left messages and nothing in return. They dropped me like a hot potato. They couldn't care less. Lazy aholes never bothered to do their job and help. So thanks to the jerks at Fabito Anesthesia and Pain Clinic I am without proper pain medication and I'm in horrible pain. They did nothing. If I were you I'd pick another place. Dr. Fabito does this weird thing where he strolls around the office and waiting room strumming a guitar. Meanwhile people have been waiting an hour for their appointment. The office staff is decent enough but they good around an awful lot. By 10:30 they're discussing lunch and it's a whole process that they give all their time to, ignoring patients. It could be a nice office, but it isn't. And if you don't want to deal with a condescending, know-it-all, holier-than-thou witch with a B, don't go near Ariel Dunson. read more

This office doesn't care at all about their patients. We waited for over an hour in the waiting room just to get a single shot. The room was completely full with patients waiting to be seen. One couple had been waiting for an hour and a half. In the time we waited, not a single person got called back. When I approached the desk to ask what was going on, I was told by a snarky nurse, "What do you think, we should rush people in the back for you? Are you more important than they are?" Instead of telling us they were sorry about the wait, they tried to make it seem like it was our fault they double and triple booked clients. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Dr. Fabito is amazing he will tell to the truth won't sugar coat it. Me personally I like doctors that tell you the truth and don't try to play games. Some people can't handle the truth and they get really sensitive and complain and change doctors. I really don't think. Is that smart because I want doctor that's gonna tell me the truth and what I need to do and what I shouldn't do and that's what he does plus he is so funny, I wouldn't change him for nothing is my girl. They are amazing also and I love that everyone is always so happy, but they are serious at the same time they care two ladies and the procedure room. I'm telling everyone is fine. Yes, you may wait a little bit longer, but I'd rather wait and knowing that he's taking care of other patients And not just patient cares. Prior to my retirement in 2010, I was in management with a large corporation. My goals were lofty and my standards for employees were extremely high. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I maintain the same extremely high standards for friends, home services, medical services and others. Needless to say my circle of assorted acquaintances is very small. When I find someone who does rise to my lofty standards, I recommend that person to anyone I know who may require a given service. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Daniel E Fabito, Henderson, NV, and a medical professional (pain management) who excels in his area of expertise. Dr. Fabito has certainly risen to my preset goals, but, in addition, many of his patients I have spoken with also say "What A Great Doctor." Permit me to describe Dr. Fabito, "the man." 1. Dr. Fabito has a very relaxed demeanor. The result is the patient becomes very relaxed and less anxious. 2. Dr. Fabito is "very through." He will not even attempt to diagnose, nor treat the ailment without a complete understanding of the problem. This may include x-rays, MRIs, blood tests, etc, but, by having this knowledge, he then can more accurately diagnose and treat the problem. 3. Dr. Fabito is physically gentle. Be it an injection, probing an area for pain, etc, his goal is little, if any, discomfort. My wife had a serious and painful back issue for many years prior to our retirement. She was treated by numerous doctors, whom attempted many different approaches to resolving her back problem. Sometimes they worked on a temporary basis, most times they did not. Even after retirement in Henderson, NV, the doctors were not able to offer my wife relief. One of our acquaintances suggested contacting Dr. Fabito, which we did. He insisted on certain tests before he would offer any diagnosis or treatment, and, we are glad that he did. ONE VISIT LATER, a couple of carefully placed injections and my wife is "PAIN FREE." Our next visit, in about 2 months, is simply a follow-up. Years of pain and inconvenience eliminated by Dr. Fabito in one visit. The girl on the phone lacked any and all empathy. Initially said they don't accept my insurance. Then they need a referral, even though insurance doesn't require one. Then she said I needed images. I don't have pain that will show up that way. I have LUPUS! Then when I got upset and felt hopeless she finally said, I could just get a referral. They want to make you jump through so many hoops just to get a new patient appt. They fail to realize that it would take weeks to get in with a dr to get the referral. The woman on the phone has zero business answering phones at a PAIN drs office. She was cold and curt. I'll never meet the dr because I couldn't get through his gatekeeper. Told her never mind scheduling & she could have cared less! I would avoid this office. If the first impression is this bad; it only gets worse. I took my wife to Dr. Fabito's office on new address: 1748 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway Henderson, NV. 89012 Dr. Fabito and Dr. Hardie are great. I can't say enough good things about them. Dr. Fabito did a RFA on my wife's lower back. After a week the pain was 100% improved. Insurance covers one side at a time so went back and Dr. Hardie did the other side. I love Dr. Fabito, unfortunately I was forced to switch doctors today due to the fact that the staff and management at this office are EXTREMELY rude. I called to get help, they answer the phone like I'm bothering them, she then tells me to call someone else to get help cause she "can't help me" (the MANAGER can't help me) , she then proceeds to give the the exact number I called them on. I'm giving them one star because they do answer the phone. This is a cautionary tale for new patients - don't go. If you are content to be talked down to or hung up on by the front desk, by all means proceed. I have no ill will towards Dr. Fabito because I was never afforded the opportunity to meet him. I have, however seen tremendous reviews for him which made me want to visit him in the first place. It was nice to see reviews for a pain management specialist who wasn't a pill pusher and strived for actual solutions. I recently scheduled an appointment, but had to cancel today because I wouldn't be able make it the appointment for July 19th. Apparently my information had been input incorrectly and Amanda saw fit to sneer on the phone and in a snide manner call me "my dear". I told her I found that highly inappropriate and disrespectful at which point she said, "Ok. Thank you. Bye bye" before she hung up on me. Dr.'s Fabito and Dr. Hardi are totally awesome pain doctors. Having had both do procedures on my back i can say the pain is 100% gone in that area. Both are professional and caring. I see both as open and concerned. Really seeing their patients as hurting people that need help. They are willing to work out of the box to meet your needs. Or, they stay inside the box if that is where you are comfortable. Each patient gets a choice. There are no put downs. The office staff is wonderful. Even when there way to many people in the waiting room, the staff keeps their cool. Even when I got out of sorts with a lady at the desk, she stayed cool and it all worked out in the end. The office manager is absolutely the backbone that keeps things running smoothly. She is so efficient and a great bonus to doing business with this office. This is a second review for Fabito Anesthesia & Pain Specialists PC. My husband had left sided hip pain that several orthopedic doctors mis-diagnosed as a hip issue. Being a nurse, I thought it was a back problem but no doctor in 7 years agreed with me and convinced me I was wrong. After not knowing where to turn next, the lady orthopedic suggested a pain Md. I did my research and chose this office and Dr Fabito due to the good reviews I saw online. Dr Fabito shared that he felt it was a back issue and showed us why in the MRI. After chronic pain for 7 years and his getting to the point that he couldn't walk more than an 1/4 of a block or stand for more than 5-10 min without pain, he received his first epidural injection last March. Dr. Virginia Hardie did the injection in the office. With a few days the pain went from sharp to dull and tolerable. Then at about a week he was 90-95% pain free. It was amazing. He truly got his life back Well... that was 8 months ago. Unfortunately as we all know the pain can come back which it did quickly after 8 months after some hard playing with our 6 year old grand daughter. We are about to go on a cruise and we called the office. They got him in for an evaluation the next day and Sandy the new amazing surgical scheduler obtaining our insurance authorization within 2days. I could not believe it. He had a 2nd epidural 2 days ago and again the pain this evening has minimized to dull tolerable pain, like before. We are hopeful for the same amazing results and look forward to fun times on our cruise next week. We are so thankful this Thanksgiving for Dr. Fabito and Dr. Hardie and their staff, especially Sandy their surgical scheduler. We recommend them to all. read more

Fabito is probably on of the best out there cocky proud guy but he legit has the right because he knows his stuff. In the pain and anesthesia departments. He will take time and tell you all you need to know and answer all your questions so you know exactly what and why he does what he does. Ariel is the most awesome PA's out there and better with knowledge and bedside manager than 99% of drs. Never feel like I'm being rushed along. Would definitely love to have her as a friend outside of the office but she is so busy and a mom of 2-3 that will never happen,,,dr hardy is a great one also and came up with recommendation for trigger point steroids. They are really busy. Handle most insurances so it hard to get a last minute appointment but overall great office and even has those tree hugger/ voodoo/ healing circle things if your into the metaphysical/borderline occultism if your into that read more

Very expensive. After the insurance was paid I still received a bill for $532. Two $75 co-pays on top of that. The injections were thousands of $ and it's hard t say whether they helped or not. Just my wife's experience for back pain. Not sure if it helped maybe a little. $935 for initial consultation is outrageous with no warning. We feel like we've been swindled. I have had 9 back surgeries for congenital stenosis and scoliosis and have been in agony for over 15 years. I have been to every pain management doctor in Las Vegas and Henderson. I am stating for the record unequivocally that Dr. Fabito truly cares about his patients. He is brilliant and knows what he is doing. He will tell you exactly what is going on with no sweeteners. If you don't like hearing the truth you will not like him, he tells it like it is. He has performed wonders with injections for me. I was very close to suicide from extreme nerve pain and his skills as an anesthesiologist gave me back my life. I will never be free of pain but I can function now and with medications can live the rest of my life out of a wheelchair. I can tell you that many "pain management" doctors are in it for the money and could care less whether you get better. Dr. Fabito deeply cares about all of his patients. If you have to wait long that's because not only does he take his time with each patient but many people flock to his practice because they know just how good he is. The staff is bombarded with patients and phone calls so be nice to them...they try hard to make it all work for the genius in the back. I have been going to Dr. Fabito for 5 years and can easily say he's the best doctor in Las Vegas. I have been having abdominal problems for a few years and decided to tell Dr. Fabito about them. He decided to send me for a ultrasound and hida scan because he thought it was possibly my gallbladder. Within a week I found out that it was indeed my gallbladder and I needed to have it out. I had told a gastro specialist, my primary care doctor, a lung specialist, a rheumatologist, a blood dr, and the Mayo Clinic about this pain. Not one of these doctors ever thought to send me to have my gallbladder checked. Dr. Fabito genuinely cares for his patients and takes the time to actually listen to you. He has helped me so much! DON'T GO HERE.......This is probably the worst doctor experience I've ever had. I waited over 2 hours to see this doctor - no one told me he was running that far behind. They also failed to tell me to bring MRI information. Dr. Fabito is not only arrogant but basically stated that the appointment was a waste of time without MRI images. His attitude and lack of care for patient(s) is reprehensible. When I asked him why he/his staff didn't set that expectation prior to my appointment he obviously had no response. I should have been refunded my $50 co-pay and not charged for this less than 5 minute visit which offered NO advice and NO interim course of care. I would sincerely caution you to see any other doctor in Vegas - avoid this practice. Your money is better spent elsewhere - it makes no sense to sit in a doctors office for hours and pay to be treated as if your health absolutely is of no concern. read more

Dr. Daniel Fabito with Comprehensive & Interventional Pain Management is a 'one of a kind' doctor in this world of cattle call medical offices and financially motivated physicians. I had chronic back pain for 6 years before seeing Dr. Fabito for help. My quality of life was extremely poor and was only able to be up and out of bed for approximately one hour a day. Dr. Fabito determined I was a candidate for a spinal cord stimulator and arranged for the implant. He also prescribed a pain management medication regiment that addresses chronic pain.
