Dr. Demartino and his staff are all top-notch and the services they provide are outstanding they have literally changed mine and my wife's life. About three or four years ago our garage door collapsed on my wife's head and she has had numerous problems from PTSD, ribs popping out, spinal cord damage, anxiety, other damages as well and he has helped her with literally everything. Hopefully, this will be my last review of Superior Health Solutions. I completed my last treatment 2 weeks ago and was given the go-ahead to live my life Lupus free. I know doctors say there is no cure for Lupus, I'll go with that, but if I can live my life symptom-free then do I have Lupus or not? I can only speak of my own situation and for right now my Lupus is in remission, meaning I am symptom-free at present. The monster inside is quiet and calm. The reason for the low score is not because of Dr. Demartinos abilities. I have not been treated by him to know if what he's offering works. It's his fees. Today was the second time I went to his office. The first was a consultation after a lecture at Whole Foods. I liked him immediately and wanted to see him for my health issues. I hit financial issues and was not able to go back, Things have changed for me somewhat so I was excited to try him again. After basically the same consultation( my issues had not changed in 6 months) I was given a treatment plan that was $9,000.00 for 6 weeks. I nearly fell off my chair. This amount was never discussed 6 months earlier, in fact I was told then that they would work with me, his concern was for me to feel better. I remembered that and was excited to find someone that actually cared about my health. When I looked over some of the things he wanted to do I immediately saw that the foot baths I could get at another location for less than half the cost he was charging. But I was told that I could not go anywhere else for the things on his list. I must do everything in his office even if I could save at another location. So much for working with me and caring about helping me to feel better. I'm very disappointed and once again, I'm left having to fend for myself. I will keep the 2k i saved up and basically treat myself. Eating more vegetables, less animal protein, no alcohol or caffeine, drinking plenty of water and exercising. Used their services for 5 months of my 6 month plan to treat my autoimmune disease, gave up after that because I'd be at the office anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 hrs on days I had to se Dr. DeMartino and truely did not have that kind of time. Thing is they never did blood tests to pinpoint my disease, just a blood smear to view my white and red blood cells along with body stress test. I am just now getting correctly diagnosed with a rheumatologist. They had also said they would pinpoint a better diet to help with my flares/symptoms. I got aggregated after paying nearly 6k and never recieved blood work to confirm ANYTHING or a diet. Rarely saw Dr. DeMartino (who would administer chiropractic physiotherapy) as I would wait most times an hour and a half after my 3 base treatments (frequency specific micro-current, pulse electromagnetic field, and detoxification therapy (ion detox foot bath)) that would last an hour. They do not take insurance as they run as a chiropractic clinic. My husband and I are still paying of the personal loan we took out to cover expenses. I now take vitamins and get the Ion Cleanse foot bath from a foot spa and feel just as good as I did while paying nearly a grand a month. Please save your money. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd still be under-rating Dr. Demartino and his staff, Alia and Alyssa. You will NEVER find a more compassionate and attentive place to receive care than at SHS. I was as desperate as they come when I found Dr. Demartino and thought to myself "What do I have to lose?" by moving forward with treatment. He not only spent 2 hours with me during my first visit, he told me about my own symptoms before I had to tell him anything regarding the suffering I had done prior to meeting him. It took 3 months to really get me back to functioning again (and when I say functioning, I work full time and I'm a full time nursing student, who was facing dropping out of school) and I've now reached my 4th month of treatment. I'm happy to say that things are still progressing and getting better each day.
