    We pump billions into the health industry, so you would think that if someone told us "we have a…read morescientifically proven way to help you lose weight, extend your life, breathe easier and relieve your insomnia", we'd jump at the chance! But, when my Doctor suggested trying a Cpap machine again I resisted. My last machine was finicky and the mask made me feel like Darth Vader. However, a sleep test that showed I was literally stopping breathing many times per hour had me reconsider. Enter Sleep Therapeutics and Bushra, one of the nicest human's I have ever met. Bushra used a cool app to measure the planes of my face and fit me with a small nose piece that was surprisingly comfortable. The machine she introduced me to was comprehensive and even had a heated tube for my chronically dry nose. Over the last +2 years my Government insurance has had Bushra and I jumping through a series of Draconian hoops to get my machine covered and she has patiently submitted paperwork and followed up with me, caring for my needs without complaint. Bushra is someone who truly cares. Her assistant Whitney is very kind and a great communicator as well. The personal interest and competency Bushra displays is something rare. I honestly recommend Sleep Therapeutics to everyone I can think of. I absolutely love my sleep machine. It makes such a huge difference to my life. I sleep better, breathe better and have lost weight. Bushra is the type of employee that you wish could be cloned!

Before we started sleep training, our 16-month old's were waking up 1-3x a night, almost every night, for as long as we could remember. It was rough, and my stomach would go into knots every night before bed. There had to be a better way???? I always knew that rocking and putting my babes down almost asleep was not teaching them how to do it themselves. I would try things I read online but nothing stuck. I couldn't figure this out on my own. My husband and I finally took a chance and talked 1:1 w/Christine (who was recommended to me by a friend). I believed this stuff could work for other families, but I was super skeptical about it working for ours. We had older kids and I just thought sleep training worked best with younger babies. Also, how would we figure this out with 2??? Christine's techniques were easy to follow and via the Voxer app we were able to communicate throughout the day. We tracked their wake times on an easy to use document and every night she checked in to be sure we were ready to apply solutions to the previous night's issues. That looked like us putting the kids to sleep earlier or later by 15 minutes. We'd tweak where I'd place the chair in the room when we were sitting and staying with them. And once we were out of the room, we'd discuss the timing of when we'd go in and check if they were still crying. And many other things! Christine is a professional and has the best balance of making you feel like you are talking to another mamma friend while also guiding and empowering you to make decisions based on your own instincts. I always felt respected and heard and her response time was incredible. The two biggest goals I had with this training were confidence that they would stay asleep and putting my kids to bed by myself. Both things have happened, and I can't put a price on the confidence that has given me and my husband as parents. It's never too late to sleep train your babes!!!

Our 3mo baby was having 30 minute…read morecat naps, was waking every 2hrs during the night, relying on nursing and a soother to sleep (which wasn't even working), and I'd even resorted to co-sleeping in the morning just to get a few extra hours for myself (which I swore I would never do). He was tired and miserable during the day, and I had no clue how to fix it. I was trying to do it myself using instagram and google, and nothing was working... any information I found was so overwhelming and confusing. Even when my husband finally came around to investing in a sleep consultant, the next battle was "omg but where do I find someone and how do I choose between them!". Even worse, I'd read that 4mos was the earliest sleep training starts, and I honestly couldn't take it one more night. A friend recommended Christine, and the reviews I read did not lie. The days were going to pass anyways, so we were very eager to commit and get working towards better sleep. We decided to do the 2-week program, and I am so so grateful. After literally the first night, we saw A HUGE IMPROVEMENT! Our baby was having way better naps where I was even having to wake him up, and only woke ONCE during the first night. From there, it only got better. By the end of the 2 weeks: - NIGHTTIME: Our baby is falling asleep 100% independently for all of his sleeps. He is falling asleep within 5-15 minutes every time he is put down, and often waking without any tears. He's dropped ALL of his night feeds, and is sleeping a pretty solid 12 hours overnight (unless woken up by a dirty diaper!). - NAPS: His naps are AMAZING. His wake windows have extended, he dropped nap 5 AND nap 4. He is often getting at least 4.5 hours of total daytime sleep and we are even having to WAKE HIM from all of his naps. - On top of that, he is eating like a champion, taking the bottle each night, and is pacifier-free! We are SO grateful to Christine. Even before starting to work with her 1-on-1, her coursework gave us a solid understanding of sleep and a CLEAR game plan for the 2 weeks. Seemingly overnight, I went from exhausted, bickering with my husband thanks to sleep deprivation, and having a tired little baby, to all of a sudden having a predictable routine, a happy & rested baby, and my own anxiety/mood significantly improved. My husband and I are now getting 8 hours minimum (more if we decide to not stay up late catching up on all the TV shows we missed). Christine was such a joy to work with... kind, understanding and supportive. As a first time mom with no idea what I'm doing, just hearing Christine say that I did a good job or my thinking was right was so uplifting. I honestly can't recommend her enough, but I will end with this: If you feel hopeless and don't know where to start, I'm telling you... look no further than Christine!
