Usually you don't wait that long. I'm sure it's long because of this supposedly new quicker system. lol Sent in image of requisition which is required before you book. (Had to borrow someone else's phone because I do not have a cell phone to begin with. They want it texted.) Anyways, the first day after waiting too long I thought I'd phone the next day. They don't have in the system the form I sent the day before. What a waste of time. Had to redo it all over again. Borrow a phone. Then it was 15 minutes of questions on the phone. Usually what the technician asks when you go for a mammogram. Did anyone in your family ever had breast cancer etc. etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask the same questions over again when I go. I don't feel like going through this ordeal every single time I need to book an appt. I think I'm going to try another company next time. The process was so slow.

I have had a monthly standing order for bloodwork for the better part of 20 years. For reasons I cant explain, today is the first time I tried booking an appointment for bloodwork. Typically, I make a spontaneous decision to get my blood taken, and then I wait forever in a crowded waiting room. The reason I chose South Calgary for this appointment booking is because I had a fasting blood appointment, and the only thing standing betweeb myself and breakfast is this bloodwork being completed. Also, i am getting this done before work, so I am imvested in having this done quickly so I can get into the office. When i walked in, there was no grabbing a number. I walked up to the counter and they took my requisitions right away. The wait from there was another 15 minutes to be called. However, I am not complaining, because it is typically much, much longer. South Calgary has a lot of staff, which is fantastic! I was processed quickly and they were constantly processing patients.

I have to say the new owner, Dr. Daya, is a stellar dentist who took ownership (when she was not at fault) for the previous dentists sloppy work and offered to make things right. Her & the team she has assisting her have seriously impressed me, this is what a functional dentists office should be. Wait times are short during weekdays, staff are friendly and respectful, prices are in line with the provincial average. This dental office has gone through a 180 degree change and I will be returning in the future.

Not good! I had my oil and filter changed on my Ram truck at…read morethe 9621 Macleod Trail location and ended up having the check engine light come on on the way to work. I stopped at the mechanic (Fountain Service) which is on the way and had them check it out. He asked if I had an oil change recently. He left the code on and told me to take it back to them because my other components like oil sending unit were working fine and said it was most likely the oil filter was incorrect or faulty. When I took it back they said that happens with my vehicle sometimes, cleared the code and sent me on my way only for it to happen again. So I took it back a second time and This time the low oil pressure AND a Cam Fault Code came up (not a cheap fix). The guy checking it even said "that shouldn't be there". THEN they changed the oil filter AND erase the codes and the all history of the codes!!?? So now the oil pressure code does not come up anymore so obviously an issue with the filter as the first mechanic said. But now there is a misfire code due to the cam issue. They then ask me to take it to their mechanic which I do. He told me they contacted him and told him about the cam code but it isn't coming up anymore just the misfire. So I contact the Manager Again to ask what they will do about it. This time he tells me that I need to get 2 other mechanics to inspect it (at my cost, I'm already out $120 from the first visit). So I bring it back to Fountain Service and they do a more thorough inspection and even open it up to inspect the Cam. They tell me the Cam is now causing the misfire but all of the oil sending components are working normal (now that the oil filter has changed) Now I am down another $250. I send that to the Manager, no reply. At this point I am putting around scared to do more damage, low speed low idle. So I took it to the Dodge Shop. They do another diagnostic as well as check any and all oil sending components and can find nothing wrong with the oil pressure or other components. There is the misfire code still. So they tell me they can't really tell because all of the history codes are erased as well. (another $250 out of pocket). So NOW I need about $5000-$7000 worth of work and all the manager says is that the Dodge dealer says its working fine, not exactly what they said, and denies all responsibility! The Manager @ Mr Lube tells me there is no way it was the oil filter, even though the string of events as well as the initial mechanic say it is most likely the cause, as well as a filter manufacturer stating it can. AND the fact that they chose to erase all of the codes, PLUS the oil pressure problem goes away After they change the filter with an OEM one, and then ask me to have someone inspect it. They had to force the filter in and you would have thought that should have given them a clue. As the other review states, Mr Lube does not deal with problems, you are sent to their head office which is Prairie Lube in Calgary and they also do not deal properly with your problems. They are refusing to replace my engine in my Jeep (which was only 2 year old) and I am now taking them to court. When this incident first happened, Sep 28th. they were notified by e-mail immediately. At that time there were many reviews and most were negative - I don't see those reviews now, wonder why.... Oh yea because they are bad reviews.

He kept telling me he could contact the police and tell them that I should have my driver licence taken away. Everytime I tried to ask a question about why his CPAP machines were $2500.00 as compare to other places for the same machine being a fraction of the price he turned the question around that if I didn't buy the machine he would report me to the police and have my licence taken away. I did purchase a new CPAP today for $899.00 and contacted a different Sleep clinic to take me on as a client. Stay away from this place. They do not care about their clients. You are only a cash cow.
