Tracy has extensive experience in home care, health, social work, management and process improvements. Tracy has a Bachelor's in Business, and in Social Work, and is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers, she also has a Diploma in Adult Psychology. Tracy worked at several multinational companies as a manager and process improvement expert before working at Alberta Health Services for 9 years as a Social Worker and a Manager. Tracy has spent most of her time at Alberta Health Services in Home Care, both rural and urban, so understands the ever-changing needs of home care and the importance of quality and consistency in care. Tracy's passion has always been home care, seniors and assisting clients with their needs and problems.
