They are all amazing, and it's easy to get into right away to see one of them. Dr. Lawson (who I have seen the most) is incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime I come in with a problem Dr. Lawson is able to pinpoint exactly what is wrong and fix it. I would never trust another chiropractor. He doesn't just crack unnecessary joints, and he tells you exactly why he is doing what he is doing. On my last visit, I had asked if I could be squeezed in if possible as I was leaving the country for 10 days and my jaw had seized up completely. Last time this had happened was due to stress, and it had lasted a week. I'm unable to eat when this happens as I can hardly move my jaw. Dr. Lawson saw me within 2 hours of me calling. He did enough work on my jaw and gave me exercises so that my jaw was better within 5 hours and hasn't seized up since. I was also able to eat on my vacation and enjoy my time off :)

Either they should slash the prices or improve the quality of service, as there are many options in the market elsewhere. Would not recommend wasting money here, even if you have insurance, unless they substantially change their level of service or offer better pricing.

He is always checking in to see if you are comfortable and will immediately stop if you aren't. I have recommended so many people, and all have had great results and will continue to go back. Like with massage its best if you commit to going in a regular basis, but if you can only go when you are in pain Scott is just as dedicated to helping you. The clinic director, Diana, has always worked her magic to get myself, family and friends in the same day when I call!! They actually care about what is going on with your body and helping you. I've now been two or three times under the new ownership. Sadly, the previous staff is gone -- who can blame them given the rocky transition. I had one or two favourite therapists and I miss them. The staff size has also been reduced so there is way less availability during the day. The massage therapist I've been seeing is good, but overall I feel the facility is losing ground. The place used to be immaculate and really felt like a spa like experience. I was in there last week, and spa shoes were dirty (they aren't cleaning them between clients - something I've noticed during previous visits), the floor has traces of salt and snow on it whereas it used to always be pristine, the decor is not as sleek as before -- there's a white leather couch that looks kind of tacky and holiday decorations that look the same. I always loved that they sent you away with a cup of hot tea. The tea is still there. I wasn't offered one during my last visit, but the time before was offered one -- so overall it's an inconsistent practice and I feel too silly to ask when not offered. I probably won't be returning once I use up my massage series, unless these new folks up their game soon.

He was patient and caring, explaining everything in an unhurried manner as he treated me, and allowing my husband to video the maneuvers so he could replicate them afterward. He also provided me with exercises to continue the treatment at home. I felt much better after my session and continued to improve in the days after. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hoover. He really knows his stuff and offers treatment in a kind and very knowledgeable way.

The only one thing that bugged me a bit was courtesy their client while giving the massage. They were having their own conversations in mandrian majority of the massage. The phone would ring and one of them out go excuse themselves and go out to get it. Two walk in came in and one of them would excuse themselves again. Far bit of interruptions during our service.
