No one could fix it and the word surgery was even being thrown around. I was recommended to see Darren and thought "nothing to lose now. Let's give this guy a shot". I saw him once and he told me that the problem wasn't where I was feeling pain. He taught me how to manage it myself. I didn't have to see him again and I haven't had a problem since that day. Then I started seeing Spiros for carpal and tendinitis issues. It turns out that everyone who works in this clinic is a physio wizard! You can't make a wrong move coming to this clinic!

Hands down, Dr. Darren Yick the BEST chiropractor I have ever been to. Second to none…read more I've been seeing Dr. Yick for many years, when he was working out of clinic in Kensington. I have been to a couple Chiropractors prior and was skeptical he could help my chronic back pain. Shortly after seeing Darren, I am SOLD and have become a life-long client. Dr. Yick is very prudent and results orientated. At my initial consult, he carefully walked me through his process and fully explained why I was having back problems. He also gave me several tips to prevent future issues. He is highly knowledgeable in his profession and uses multiple techniques to help his patients where most physicians repeat the same treatments over and over expecting results. Dr. Yick sincerely cares about his patients and their well-being. He will NEVER treat you like a 'number'. He also advises his patients not to see him unless they really need treatment. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Yick, I feel like a new person. Currently, I am seeing Dr. Yick on and off, mainly to maintain my body or for injuries. Seeing Dr. Yick now is like seeing an old friend. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Yick. He is AS GOOD AS IT GETS. A truly gifted healer. *Friendly Note: He can get quite busy at times so book ahead. Rest assured, he is very attentive and will do what he can to ensure you receive the best care possible.

Usually i take pills 7 days/week. I have also lower back problems when i have walked or trained. The lower back is really good now and not painful after long walks. My headaches are almost gone. Some days i dont feel anything, such a good feeling and strange at the same time. I have taken 5 treatments all together, also for shoulder and runners knee. I have tried different massages, chiropractors and more with no results but this is incredible. Thank you Sergey for the help.

I cannot recommend Solstice Wellness Center enough. Dr. Brendan Androsoff is a wonder. His…read morepractical assessment of your spine and body is very thorough. I have "followed" him from his first practise in Calgary to Cochrane. I have a very difficult "body". Through years of my own physical use and abuse of my body, Dr. Androsoff just knows what to do! His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". My weekly, standing appt is the highlight of my week. I go to her and Dr. Androsoff weekly to maintain my body/spine. Well worth the drive to Cochrane to maintain my physical health.
