The initial examination was more thorough than I expected and on my next visit I got a chart indicating which areas of my spine were responsible for my symptoms and it really was helpful because that's exactly what was going on in my body. So often we self diagnose without including the spine in our assessment. For that matter many MDs don't suggest a visit to a chiropractor if their tests all come back normal. So there you are not feeling good but not knowing why. The initial assessment connected a lot of dots and Dr. Lamont recommended a treatment plan which I really made sure I followed to help myself. The results are really encouraging and I now sleep deeper and am waking more refreshed still a bit to go there. My digestion elimination have improved the most. No more IBS. That alone was worth the price of admission. Dr. Lamont always checked on symptoms before every adjustment and on a certain number visits revisited my initial assessment including a foot checkup. Overall I know sounds corny but I feel so much better more grounded for sure. Plus I can tell myself when it's my spine causing my symptom and when to go for an adjustment in the future. A great education professional understanding staff very flexible hours including weekends but the results are the best I've had for my health investment. He was patient and caring, explaining everything in an unhurried manner as he treated me, and allowing my husband to video the maneuvers so he could replicate them afterward. I have "followed" him from his first practise in Calgary to Cochrane. I have a very difficult "body". Through years of my own physical use and abuse of my body, Dr. Androsoff just knows what to do! His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". My weekly, standing appt is the highlight of my week. I go to her and Dr. Androsoff weekly to maintain my body/spine. Well worth the drive to Cochrane to maintain my physical health.

I don't know what I would do without her sometimes. She always fixes me up. And she still tells me that to come and see her when I need. She says I know my body and when it's not doing so well. This time I am in pain because of an injury and I do have to see her again next week. I have been to others in the past where they say come back once a week or twice a week when you feel you don't really need it. Dr Sacco does really care. She is a fantastic Dr that truly does care. I'm happy that her clientele has grown so much. I definitely will always see her. And the staff is amazing as well!! And the gal that did my laser treatment... she was amazing as well. I feel badly because I forgot her name. But if you need treatment I highly, HIGHLY recommend going to see these lovely women. You won't be sorry.
