If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you are considering using them, my suggestion is to RUN quickly in the opposite direction. They were quick to take our request for an appointment but when it came to getting the results back they were MIA. After being reassured multiple times that we would receive the results in time, I decided to move forward. Once the inspection was complete, they required payment prior to releasing the report (totally fine) the only caveat is that they do not accept credit cards (WTH?!). I had to mail them a check which delayed the entire process, and when they received it they sent the report to the incorrect email address. I've called them close to 30 times to get the report sent to the correct email and have still not heard back ONCE from our inspector rudy. To say we are disappointed with this service is an understatement. read more

They are the most thorough and professional of any radon testing company I have used. Rudy is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. My home inspector was so impressed when he saw the thoroughness of Rudy's work that he is switching to their company whenever someone asks him about a radon test. My inspector said that Rudy did things the right way, and did things that he had never seen another company do. For example, Rudy marks the windows with tape to be able to tell if they were opened during the testing period. My inspector told me that he had never seen another company do that, even though that is the correct procedure.
