The first rule of protection against identity theft is never let anyone copy your ID - she said it had to be done. NOT true (if I came back they could see it each time if they needed to). I didn't mind filling out a health history, but when I questioned 10 pages of non-applicable forms she told me if I didn't fill them all out (including an unlimited info release to anyone the doctor chose - and agreeing to pay outrageous collection and legal fees) then I couldn't see the doctor (mind you this was just for a consultation that was going to cost me $125). I left. Pretty lousy customer service and attitude. I'll find a doctor who does better with both. Wasted 2 hours of sick leave to make the trip.

After…read moredoing a good amount of research, I decided to move forward with scheduling an appointment at The Naderi Center in Chevy Chase MD, with Dr. Kulak. I had fillers injected into my tear troughs in 2019 and I was very pleased with the results. I returned to the Naderi Center in March 2023 to refresh my eyes before my birthday. Needless to say, I am once again very pleased with Dr. Kulak. She was able to quickly assess and determine what was needed to give my tear troughs a nice refresher. I especially appreciate that Dr. Kulak simply gives me what I need, and doesn't place too much volume in my troughs. As an aside, I know a few people who have (at least in my opinion), too much volume from their fillers and it doesn't look natural. Since I like the natural look that Dr. Kulak provides, I will be returning, when the filler dissolves and I need another refresher. The actual procedure took a very short time, but the great results were immediate. I have always been told that i look very good for my age, but the injections took at least 5 years off and makes me look as though I get plenty of sleep each night (which I don't). As an added bonus, I did not have any real bruising from the injections. If you are thinking about getting fillers in your tear troughs, I definitely recommend Dr. Kulak. It may seem like a simple procedure, but whenever one gets fillers or undergoes any medical procedure, it's always best to go to a very skilled physician, who can give you the results that you want. Overall, it was a great experience. Regarding the office staff... The main office staff is very professional and polite, but if I could offer any advice, I would tell the assistant (who numbed my tear troughs), not to harp on the pricing with patients. I'm not sure if that is an office policy and part of her job, but I received the information ahead of time, from the office, via text (which included the latest pricing for services/procedures). The assistant who numbed my tear troughs mentioned that the price went up and it wasn't the same price that I paid in 2019. I was aware that the price went up and didn't care. It was a non issue for me, but I did not appreciate her belaboring the point, especially since I had not asked her any questions about the pricing.

I saved up 10.6 thousand dollars because I thought you get what you pay for let's spend the most money for a boob job and I'll get the best one when other surgeons do it for under five grand. Scheduling was bad. Plans always changed and they kept telling me I needed clearances and then I didn't and then I did oops then I didn't. It was stressful. Day of surgery dr bitar completely treated my partner like he was invisible to the point my partner didn't come to post op appointments with me. Two weeks post op I knew I was botched I'm not even joking. Matter of fact I knew something was wrong when I got off the table and had no cleavage right upon waking up after surgery. They took the tape off at two weeks and i knew my surgery was botched. It shifted right to my armpit. I couldn't put my arm down. I have shooting nerve pain all around my side and back and couldn't sleep for months. My boobs are flat and go to my side when I lay down. It doesn't even look like I have a boob job how malpositioned he placed them. Today was the last straw. I arrived at 1:37 PM for my 1:45 PM appointment, only to find myself still waiting at 2:00 PM. I approached the receptionist to ask how much longer it would be, and she informed me that the medical assistant said it would be another 5-10 minutes. Ten minutes passed and I was not taken back until 2:16 PM. I was left sitting in the exam room for another 15 minutes. By 2:30 PM I did not want to wait any longer as I had waited already way past my time. I walked to the front and talked to the front desk. While I do appreciate that Francesca at the front desk was very nice and apologized for this experience, it doesn't change the fact that I had to wait 50 minutes for what was supposed to be a quick follow-up appointment. I work in healthcare as well, and I know sometimes the schedule falls behind. However, 50 minutes + (because if I had stayed I might have had to wait even longer) seems extremely unprofessional. Based on photos of his prior patients, I found his work to be exactly what I was looking for and after our in-person meeting, I did feel comfortable to proceed. I had the procedure done in the beginning of October, the recovery process was much more intense than I had thought. A week after my procedure, I had a follow-up check up, after waking up at 4:00am and driving 3 hours, Dr. Magge did not meet with me, his assistant did. Had I known that would be the case, I would have done a video conference call. She said everything looked fine. After 3 weeks, I still had severe bruising and was swollen. I also noticed one of my eyes were droopy and it was the opposite eye of my eye that actually did droop all of my life. I called the office to ask if the healing process was normal and they said it was. When I mentioned it to the assistant, she had mentioned a "push-up" method but said Dr. Magge would let me know if I should try and he never did. Also, there is a scar of when he did the procedure, not on my eyelid but underneath. I have been using scar medication every day for 2 months to try and make it less visible. The scars are not horrible but def. noticeable. It's a 'light' noticable line scarring under the eyes. They were supposed to reach out after 3 months to see if extra fat graphing was needed or any revisions and have yet to hear back. They never reached out to see if i was okay or even satisfied w/ the work done AFTER I was fully healed. My eyelid healed with a funny shape. The pinch method only seem to work on one eye hence the drooping lower eyelid. I feel I need to wear eyelash extensions all the time so my eyes look even. I do believe in the future I will need a revision. I am disappointed, I had hoped this practice would have been what I had needed to assist with this issue that had bothered me for so long. I wished they had been more comforting and had followed-up. Unfortunately I do not recommend this practice for eyelid procedures. However Megan Love is awesome! She was super sweet, comforting and sincere.
