When I arrived a representative for Restylane was trying to get me to sign up for a separate rewards program which would give me an additional $20 off of my service, so I signed up. There was issues with the tablet and it wouldn't actually let me sign up but they still honored the $20 off of my service which was nice. They had free food and drinks and dessert which was perfect because I was starving after a long day at work. I brought my friend who also took advantage of the special for the open house. I filled out paperwork, I got there at 4:30pm and I wasn't seen until 6:00pm, the wait was okay because I was with my friend but if I wasn't catching up with her I would have become frustrated due to the wait. There was no one before me from the time I walked in at 4:30pm so I don't know what was the holdup. I got back into the patient room and there were lots of assistants coming and going as I was having my consultation which was distracting and I didn't know who to focus on, I get easily distracted. Although there was a lot going on I felt like I had the doctors full attention. Also; not important but I did note that my room did not have a TV or music playing like the room my friend was placed in, which is fine but the inconsistency was weird. It made me feel like my money was less important than my friends money who got the bigger room with the extra stuff haha. The doctor was very nice and he let me know when I would feel pinches which was nice to expect. He let me hold a mirror to show him where I thought I needed more/ my opinion. He was done within a few minutes. Also; I wanted a canula to be used, when I called the rep who answered the phone confirmed he would be using a canula but doctor said during the consultation that he uses a blunt needle. This was a bummer because I was misinformed. There were also assistants coming in and out while the actual procedure was happening which was distracting for me as I was trying to focus on relaxing due to the pain. The office in general has very nice employees, the office was clean, although I felt like it was disorganized. My friend was missing some papers from her stack of paperwork, my friend received a nice care gift bag with a post treatment pamphlet and a business card while I had to ask for one. We both received ice packs for our lips which was nice. From what I can see from results looks great. I have a two week follow up appointment that they called and scheduled for me so a follow up call was very nice. I will be going back to this office again for other services in hopes that there are established organizational procedures and keeping visitors who come in and out during a procedure to a minimum.

I went to Dr. Munasifi for corrective surgery after a Lower Face Lift and a Direct Brow Lift by another surgeon. The previous surgery had left me with noticeable scars above my ears, each side was different to the other creating an uneven appearance and I had large scars from my Direct Brow Lift. Dr. Munasifi was very understanding of the issues I was facing and made me feel at ease with the treatment he was recommending. After my previous experience I was very anxious about being operated on again but the results made it all worth while. The improvement was immediate! I was expecting a lot of swelling and discomfort but both were very minor. I was out and about my daily routine within days. The old scars have been removed and my face is now even. I also had Fraxel laser resurfacing on my Direct Brow Lift scars which worked wonders. Those big long scars left by the previous surgeon are now fine lines and still continue to fade to the extent that they are now not noticeable. I finally got my confidence back after the skilled work of Dr. Munasifi! If you are unhappy with any previous cosmetic work and want to explore options for correction then definitely put Dr. Munasifi on your list. Its not a question of choosing a good surgeon, what you want is an excellent surgeon. I believe I found that in Dr. Munasifi. We all look back and wish we had done some things differently, mine will always be that I wish I had gone to Dr. Munasifi the first time. read more

I had the pleasure of working for Dr. Munasifi many years ago (for 3.5 years). I decided to leave a review because, after working with other plastic surgeons, I've come to appreciate that he is truly a great cosmetic plastic surgeon, mentor, boss, and patient-centered, good person. After working for a practice in CA that that operates quantity vs. quality, it made me appreciate Dr. Munasifi's quality vs. quantity approach to practice and healthcare in general. Dr. Munasifi is my hero! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Not only is he the most skillful plastic surgeon anyone could imagine, he is also the kindest, most genuinely caring doctor you will find anywhere. I say this after knowing him for 26 years, ever since I got a devastating breast cancer diagnosis and had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. Dr. Munasifi has made it possible for me to live in a normal-looking body all these years. I have periodically called on him ever since the initial reconstruction, and he has always been there for me and gone out of his way to help me when I was in need of his care. I have the utmost admiration and respect for this man, who gives so much of himself and cares so much about his patients' well-being. I am writing this to share my personal experience so others can make a careful and fully informed…read moredecision before choosing a surgeon. I underwent a deep plane facelift procedure with Dr. Daria Hamrah, who is an oral surgeon. I trusted his credentials, his consultation, and the way the procedure was presented to me. Based on that trust, I moved forward with surgery expecting a professional, thoughtful, and responsible outcome. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the surgery, I was left with facial asymmetry, uneven contours, and visible irregularities. My face appeared unbalanced, with areas that looked lumpy, distorted, and not natural. This was not what I expected from such a complex and highly marketed procedure. When I first raised my concerns, I was told to wait and allow time for healing. I respected that advice and waited patiently for over a year, believing that the results would gradually improve. They did not improve. In my experience, the outcome became more concerning over time. When I reached out again to address these ongoing issues, instead of receiving a clear and supportive resolution, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Eventually, I was informed that the physician-patient relationship would no longer continue. This left me without support after a significant surgical experience, a substantial financial investment, and a long period of waiting. When I raised my concerns and felt significantly affected by the outcome, I requested a partial refund as a reasonable resolution. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility, I felt that my concerns were not acknowledged, and my access to communication--including social media--was blocked In addition, there were aspects of the treatment plan that, from my understanding during consultation, were expected to be performed but were not carried out as I had anticipated. This added to my confusion and disappointment. As a patient, I trusted an oral surgeon to perform a facial cosmetic procedure that requires not only technical skill but also aesthetic judgment and careful follow-through. Based on my personal experience, I did not receive the outcome or level of care that I had hoped for. This experience has cost me financially, physically, and emotionally.
