I have been going for more than a year for Botox. The first time my eyebrows had a heavy look and generally just look "frozen" despite I explained I would like them to be lifted not dropping that much. In any case, did not like it and the same happened the second time even though I specifically said to Dr. Cabin last time I was in I was upset with the result. They said, we understand, and we will do otherwise. I did Halo and BBL with no result, just trust me. I was advised to do fillers under my eyes, laugh lines and jaw area. I asked how it would look under my eyes and jaw area since it was my first time I was told it would look very nice. It was very painful. Next morning I woke up with big bags under my eyes. I thought it's just swelling, and it would go away. It was not the case. I had an international travel coming up in 2 days. I talked to Dr. Cabin, and he said he could dissolve it, but it would be painful as well and I would have bruises. I had to wear my hat for about two weeks because I looked awful. Then my friends who travelled with me advised that I would see a doctor in Istanbul because I looked scary. He was surprised to see fillers been injected under my eyes. He was able to dissolve some of it and I felt myself again. I was thinking of face lift but thank God did not do it at this practice. I do not think Dr. Cabin would be able dissolve if something went wrong with surgery. Ladies, please, please do not rely on and trust 5-star reviews and always start with something small and see the results first. I can't imagine an experienced plastic surgeon can't understand and imagine what will look right on your face before advising anything. If things can go wrong by injecting such simple procedures like fillers, Botox, etc. I do not want to imagine what will happen under his knife. I always choose expensive clinics by just thinking if it is expensive, it must be good and it's my face at end of the day. I guess I must pay attention to negative reviews which are buried under excellent reviews and then make my final decision from now on. Please read this BEFORE you decide to use Lexington Plastic Surgery for any procedure!!!…read more I had a consultation in Fall of 2023 for a keloid removal. It's done virtually only by what they call a "consultant or representative of the company". This person is NOT the doctor or nurse doing your procedure. Regardless, I felt comfortable enough with the consultation to proceed with scheduling my keloid because social media and their website will have you thinking they are the best. During the consultation they stated the procedure has a 95% rate of the keloid not returning due to their "methods" of aftercare such as laser treatments and steroid injections and follow up appointments throughout a year period that is ALL INCLUDED IN THE SURGERY PRICE. That's what Dr. Jones proudly states on his website and when you call the practice number. The surgery went well but after my surgery is where the unacceptable, unprofessional, and lack of responsibility for my care started. Immediately after my surgery which began at 830am, I was sent to another floor for my first follow up laser treatment. I had to wait 2 whole hours to be seen by the laser tech!! I was in a ton of pain from the surgery and couldn't believe that they didn't take me immediately considering I was schedule for my procedure that day. It was painful and irresponsible medical care. That was my first sign of the deplorable service and after are at this business. Next, I was told I had to schedule follow up treatments in intervals so that they could monitor if the keloid was starting to return and if so slow down the growth of it. I proceeded to schedule a few appointments. One day prior to my follow up after care appointment at the Oxon Hill Location, I received a confirmation text for my appointment. But showed up the for the appointment for the office to be completely CLOSED!!! I couldn't believe a "reputable" surgery and medical practice would be completely closed on a day of a scheduled appointment they reminded me to come to! This happened twice since my surgery. You read that correctly. 2 times the office has not be available for my scheduled appointment for after care. The only number they have is a call center which has repeatedly "fielded" my calls to speak to management and the medical team and yet no one has called me back. The company states the success rate is largely due to the aftercare you receive and yet they don't provide it efficiently or professionally. My keloid is starting to return and the can't even have nurses or medical professionals available to respond. Medical care doesn't stop when the surgeon walks out the surgery room. This places lacks business operations, proper medical care staff, and leadership/CEO that cares about patients!! I paid for both the surgery and aftercare and haven not received it.

(Long review but worth reading if you're considering a rhinoplasty here) DO NOT go here for a…read morerhinoplasty. I HAD A BOTCHED SURGERY. I can't even begin to explain how much I regret going to Center for Plastic Surgery for my rhinoplasty. It may be the biggest regret of my life thus far. Going in for the few consolations I had prior to actually having the procedure, Dr. Price was very dismissive and did not seem to genuinely care what I was really looking for as my end result. And it seemed as though he planned to do what HE figured would be best. He would stay in the room for a max of maybe 10 minutes, if that and then would rush out as if in a hurry to do something else. He NEVER even wrote anything down or appeared to make note of the things I asked for which was odd in my opinion. I should have seen this as the first red flag but having no experience with plastic surgeons I didn't know what to expect. My first procedure (yes I had to have more than one...) was in January of 2022. I followed the post care instructions to a T and even slept upright for longer than they recommended just to be on the safe side. I then go in for my follow up to have the splint removed where Dr. Price complimented his work and said everything looked "great". However I got home and noticed there was a very noticeable dent left in my nose from him apparently "not shaving my nasal bone down far enough"... And not only was there a dent but he did not reduce the size of my nose nearly enough for what I wanted (the size of my nose was my main concern as it has been an insecurity since childhood) and also made the tip of my nose very sharp, round, and more prominent especially when I smile. At this point I was extremely distraught and my already fragile self esteem took a huge hit. Fast forward to later in the year, October of 2022 and I have my second surgery where I was going in with the intention to fix the dent as well as the other things I was unsatisfied with. Not only did Dr Price still not shave my nasal bone down enough (leaving the dent still noticeable) he again did not reduce the size of my nose as I had requested and the tip somehow looks even worse than before. I understand to a degree doctors have to balance out your face but he should have told me if he was unable to do the changes I wanted due to that and discussed alternatives ang explained his reasoning. I have gone back in and expressed my dissatisfaction and been met with extreme gaslighting from the doctor, nurses, and when their office manager Erin..."everything looks great to me I'm not sure what more we could do,"....after going under not once, but twice and spending thousands of dollars. Another crazy thing being that I had to shell out thousands more for the second revision surgery when the whole reason I had to have a second surgery was his fault because he left a dent!! I also have many broken and visible blood vessels that people always ask about that were never present before the first surgery. My father also had a rhinoplasty with Dr Price and his nose looks like crap as well (for lack of a better word). I am shocked at the situation I have had to deal with considering how much experience he has as well as how celebrated he seems to be. If considering a rhinoplasty I suggest going elsewhere as it will just leave you with more insecurities than you had before. And I know Dr Price is now (thank god) retired, but I think my experience speaks of the type of people employed at this office and their sheer lack of empathy and ethical standards.
