They offer a variety of services which is great to know for future reference, which includes Digital & 3D Mammography, X-ray, MRI/MRA, CT/CTA, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA | Bone Density, and more. Majority of the services they offer you need to make an appointment, however if you need an x-ray done they talk walk-ins, just make sure you have your prescription, ID and Insurance card. The ladies working the front desk are nice and the x-ray technician was also very friendly and informative. Insurance wise they take most of them. Some downsides include that the waiting room is very small, with very few uncomfortable chairs, it could absolutely use some remodeling. Building is also in a high traffic area where it could be difficult to find parking.

He gave me ear plugs and headphones to minimize the the noise of The MRI machine. He gently positioned me to get the best images of my shoulder. He said he'd get the results quickly to my orthopedist. They got them less than 2 days later in the morning. Dr. Michael Vincent Dutka wrote a thorough report of the images. I was given a CD of them. I highly recommend this facility and will return. My experience was pleasant and wish I could say that for the many other medical field situations I've been in.

I've had two appointments at this location and have one more scheduled for the future, and I am…read morepretty satisfied from what I've experienced. Granted, I had low expectations of this place - it's an imagining center in the heart of the Kennedy Center in Union City, so by no means was I expecting 5-star service. However, I have been pleasantly satisfied with both experiences. So far, I've had an X-ray of my foot and an Ultrasound of my Thyroid. These are obviously two non-invasive procedures, so if you are coming here for a different kind of test, I can't speak to that. Both times I had an appointment - I was able to create an account and easily book it online. The company sends several reminder messages via text and also allows you to upload everything right to the portal, including your insurance and the order. When you get there, they just verify everything. (You can walk in with a prescription, however this place definitely gets very, very busy.) My first appointment was a Wednesday at 4pm for an x-ray of my foot. They had called and asked if I could come in earlier (since there was no one else on the schedule) and I was happy to do so. I walked in at 3:30 and the place was absolutely packed with people - like standing room only. It took a few minutes just to get checked in, and I was like, "There is no way I will be getting out of here in a timely fashion!" However, I was pleasantly surprised - the tech took me right away and the x-ray was done with no issues. The tech was incredibly mindful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was out in under 30 minutes. My second appointment was an ultrasound of my thyroid. I went when I was off of work, and so I was able to get in in the morning. The place was a lot less crowded and quiet. My appointment was at 12:30, and ironically I did wait a little bit longer to get in to see the tech - but I was out by 1, less than 40 minutes all together. The tech was great - she made me feel comfortable. Both images/ reports were uploaded to the port within 48 hours, and were sent to my doctors. Honestly, no complaints about this place. I got done what I needed to get done with minimal issues, and every staff member (from the desk staff to the techs) were great. I even accidentally dropped an item in the office and a staff member called me right away to come claim it - I didn't even realize I had something missing. I can understand why someone would want to go a place that is 'fancier' than this imaging center, but for what it is - it gets the job done!

They will then send you an immediate text where you fill out the paperwork. The entire process took less than 5 minutes to complete. You can then monitor your place in line via there website, which was quite convenient because you don't have to wait inside their office. There were about 10 patients ahead of us, but they move quite quickly. We checked in at 10:26 and were out by 10:52. Christine performed our tests. She was friendly and very professional. All you need is your drivers license. They accept insurance, but also take patients with no insurance. The test was free of charge. The results were ready less than 48 hours later. You have to create an account with Quest Diagnostics to access results.

They have you check in through their iPad and then fill out a paper form. They collect payment prior to the visit, and without insurance, the cost is $120. English and Spanish are spoken at the office. When I walked in, it was pretty late at night, so it was not crowded. I was visited by the doctor quickly, and the operation began. They send the prescriptions right there, so make sure you have the address and name of your favorite pharmacy at hand. Will definitely return for any messes I find myself in. And I am... about Mount Sinai West, Radiology Associates West (6th Floor). First off, they ONLY do 3D imaging Mammos, which don't require the techs to flatten you to a pancake and then spend minutes on end trying to reposition and recapture an image that regardless always looks to me like a primordial black hole that is your boob in space. TRUTH: you STILL have to awkwardly stand, head askew, arm reaching, feet turned wonky, boob inserted into a plastic binder... but it isn't so press-y and it is for seconds, not minutes. And not THAT many images are needed, cuz... it's 3D. And if your tech is Sophie, then the experience is a walk in the park. You see, I've been to Mount Sinai West for exactly two years now for my mammos, and Sophie has consistently ensured a decent and even nice experience. Last year there was an issue with my insurance, and Sophie took the helm, called my insurance company, hammered it out with grace, finesse and the assurance that "we'll work this out together". And I was SOOO GRATEFUL. This year, she remembered me right away, and was, again, so personable, understanding, and just the kinda gal you want to see every year if you have to, ugh... get a mammo. They have clean dressing rooms, lockers, and non-papery gowns, and it is quiet and almost spa-like, well, sorta, if your idea of a spa ends in a boob mush. So, another TRUTH: I don't mind going once a year to Mount Sinai West, Radiology Associates West (6th Floor) for what used to be an anxiety-filled nightmare at other locations.
