I'm so glad I chose Advanced Magnetic Imaging. They offered me an appointment for the same day! Daisy and Martha were very accommodating. Pierre was soft spoken and personable. He gave me ear plugs and headphones to minimize the the noise of The MRI machine. He gently positioned me to get the best images of my shoulder. He said he'd get the results quickly to my orthopedist. They got them less than 2 days later in the morning. Dr. Michael Vincent Dutka wrote a thorough report of the images. I was given a CD of them. I highly recommend this facility and will return. My experience was pleasant and wish I could say that for the many other medical field situations I've been in. read more

I will give two stars because the staff were at least friendly. The issues I had were the following: I was never told I needed a Rx for the procedure I was having which resulted in delaying my apt - but the reps did manage to call me three times- yes, three times to confirm my appointment. My ultrasound appointment was quick, in fact I think too quick. As compared to the ultrasound I had prior, I don't think the tech was thorough and missed a whole side of the area I was having done. The front desk person seemed to be mildly confused. I asked if I was all set? at the end of my appointment and walked out. Five minutes later they came running after me to pay $80. They referenced a discussion we had about my insurance policy that we never had. I also told them I would need a more itemized receipt for my HRA reimbursement. I called back maybe 5 times, each time they would tell me - call back in X days, call back next week, etc. I just gave up and never got the receipt. read more

I arrived at my appt. 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. When my appointment time came around I asked how long I would be waiting. I was told 20 minutes. When I was there for an hour I was told they would be with me. After an hour and a half, I told the girl I wanted my co-pay back. That is when I was given a gown to change into. I waited for another 20 minutes or so. In total, I was there for two hours for an appt. that took about 8 minutes. I went because I was referred by another office. I usually check reviews and I didn't for some reason. Find another place, they don't respect your time! read more

Previously they were on 61st Street about 2 blocks up from Bergenline Avenue. They went by the name of Advanced Women's Imaging. I went there several times for a mammogram & they were good, though there was a bit of a wait. They moved to this location and also on 64th and Bergenline Avenue. A few days ago I couldn't get hold of anyone from either location. Did some checking on them and found out that they were never accredated at any of their locations. From what I understand, when they get caught they move somewhere else. read more

This place doesn't follow COVID guidelines of wearing a mask, the receptionist behind the counter has her mask barely covering her face hanging off her chin, there were patients in the waiting area not wearing a mask and when I mention it to her she says mine isn't in properly which it was. Totally unprofessional staff and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Customer services are awful. We only found out this morning the imaging place failed to send over my husband's x-ray report after speaking with his doctor office. So we called the imaging place and someone picked up the call responding "we are busy" and hung up! Never ever experienced "services" like that. We tried several more time afterward but heard all lines were busy; we couldn't even make through the call. That's IT. I accompanied my husband to get his chest x-ray check there on Wednesday and they said the report would be sent to his doctor next day on Thursday. We were assured that the report delivery time will be over next day since we have a trip to go in 5 days. He had pneumonia and we wanted to hear from his doctor prior the trip to see if he is good enough to make the trip. All pending on the x-ray report. We waited until Saturday morning but haven't heard back from my husband's doctor office until my husband checked with his doctor office that they had not received any x-ray report! Now I am torn about to travel or not. it's just so frustrating. we thought we could count on a timely x-ray report to get advice from the doctor. We kept trying to call the Imaging place all the morning but not once we can reach anyone. We even paid in cash for that x-ray check. I just worry so much about my husband's body condition. I hope we could have called on Thursday to follow up with this imaging place. I don't know if I can still trust them. My husband just spoke with his doctor office and they can only call that x-ray place next Monday. I just hope nothing worsening about my husband's pneumonia. read more

If possible find a better place for your sonogram. If I could I would give them less than one star. I was there with an appointment waiting with my wife. There was an issue were there was only one ultrasound technician and we had to wait a little more, but I was fine with that. The problem is that other people will come without an appointment and enter to have their tests done before those who clearly had appointments. It is disrespectful toward the patients and those who made their appointments before hand. read more

The office is nicely decorated, neat and welcoming, but the customer service is pitiful. I dropped by on May 6, 2016 to get X-rays done per my doctor. They told me to return once they received approval by my insurance for the x-rays to be completed. I waited almost a week for approval. I was expecting a call from them to let me know we got an approval. Only when I called them to find out what the heck happened did they say I could go back to get X-rays, now. Oops! I guess they forgot about me. I returned on June 3rd, 2016 and asked about it. Turns out the person who was "handling" my file or case went on vacation for a week and just happened to forget about me and also failed to tell anybody about my case. Basically, she didn't delegate, therefore, my file didn't exist, it seems. The X-ray technician is very nice and professional. No complaints there, but when I got the X-rays they said that they would be sent to my chiropractor in about 3 - 5 days. We are now going on almost two weeks. I have been to my doctor at least 6 times since I had my X-ray appointment for chiropractic sessions and each time I ask him if they have received the X-rays. My chiropractor and the office staff say they still haven't received them. I just called my Chiropractor to have them call NOW and ask this office for the X-rays, so we can figure out what is the problem with my neck and back and so we can move on to, potentially, getting a soft tissue MRI. What is infuriating about this is that I wanted to get this all done quickly, since my husband and I want to get pregnant. It is prohibited for a pregnant women to get X-rays or MRI's. So, basically we're WAITING to get pregnant while this company takes their sweet time in delivering some simple X-rays. It's ridiculous. read more

I had a 9 am appt and was the only patient there. I had to wait 30 mins to get my EKG done. The technician was really nice and the procedure was quick. The issue and reason for the 1 star is that the machine ran out of paper and there was no paper to print out the results. I am not sure how you run an imaging center without any paper for your machines. Furthermore, the receptionist said the results were saved and would be sent to my doctor. Come to find out that they were never saved and that they were never sent to my doctor. When they called me to let me know that this had happened, they said to come and pick up my prescription and that they couldn't perform the EKG again. read more

Terrible service. I was sent there for my primary to get a Lung X-ray to treat an infection. They didnt send the report to my doctor, the nurse called them asking for it and they didn't send it. 2 months later I got the invoice. I had to call 3 times to my primary office until they finally sent the report, 3 months later. I called them to tell them I was not going to pay for it and the lady in charge of the billing told me that they only were getting 25 dollars for this job. So I was supposed to feel sorry for them when my health was on the line waiting for their X-ray report. Don't go to this place. Your health is just business for them. They don't care about you. read more

The place looks very neat, clean, and the girls at the front desk was very nice. However, when you come here get ready to wait for 2 hours plus. All of the patients who are sitting next to me right now have been waiting to get a mammogram done for over two hours, they're complaining about the wait. It seems like one person does everything. I personally have been waiting on an empty stomach as the test requires it. It's 1:00pm and I'm still waiting without any breakfast nor lunch. read more

I am a breast cancer survivor and have been going to Englewood Hospital for the last five years because there was not even one truly dedicated women's center for imaging in all of Hudson county. The office is designed to provide the quality of care of a hospital without having to wait all day. Dr Bauer is the Breast Imaging Specialist and is also a Breast Cancer survivor so I know she cares when she looks at my mammograms and ultrasounds. It is a nice and clean office with parking as well. Mirna at the front desk has the type of patience that is hard to find, the techs are really nice and incredibly professional, and I actually get seen at my appointment time!!!
