Our driver met us at the airport just after midnight. While I was grabbing the luggage, our driver had a medical issue and collapsed in the airport. We worked with the staff and other travelers to get him medical help and an ambulance was called to take him to the hospital. Unfortunately due to the time of day the limo service had no one available, so they told us to order an Uber and they would compensate us. So we ordered a $270 uber to get us home. We were very delayed getting home, but we're just extremely happy the driver didn't have his medical episode while driving us home. It was very nerve wracking. The worst part is that the limo company has refused to issue any refunds for the initial payment we made for services that were never completed or for the uber that we had to pay for due to the situation. We took care of their driver and they decided to treat us this way. We will NEVER use this company again. read more

We used Advanced Limo for my wedding transportation, and despite a few minor hiccups they were great to work with, and by far the most reasonably priced of the various vendors I got quotes from. We needed bridal party transportation as well as guest transportation to/from the hotels and venue, and they were able to provide one-way transport instead of the "2-hour window" a lot of places require. (Note, I did the 2-hour window for one of the vehicles, and they were cool with me adding an additional stop for the end of night party). I ended up with 3 runs on the limo, a small shuttle (2 hours beginning/ end of the night), and a large shuttle (2 runs). My guests were transported nearly seamlessly (apparently one of the drivers missed the venue entrance, but to be fair I missed it my 2nd time seeing the venue). They made sure no guests were left behind! Also, major bonus, one of our guests got sick on the way TO our wedding, and they didn't charge me anything extra for the cleanup. The only issue I had was that the person I'd been communicating with was no longer at the company, and he'd give me some info about when certain amounts would be due that was incorrect, so we suddenly were requested to pay a larger deposit. It was annoying, but they worked with me to more or less honor what I was originally told. The quality of the vehicles was great as well - I was mainly in the limo, which came with multiple light settings, ability to plug in music, and an iced bar/cupholder area so we could have champagne on the ride! We had three flight changes for our return from Lisbon, Portugal. Our final flight involved arrival at JFK rather than PHL as originally planned. With only a few hours notice of that arrival change Advanced had us picked up at JFK on time. Exceptional service. read more

I wish there was a choice for 0 stars. I choose this company by referral from the hotel for my wedding on 10.21.16. Booked a van to shuttle us to and from the hotel the day of. I got a call from the company the week of the October 8th to confirm & they had us being picked up from the hotel October 8th and brought to my venue then had us being picked up on 10.21.16 from my venue back to the hotel. Naturally I was annoyed, I couldn't have been clearer with, "I need a van for the day of for to and from." Strike one. They fixed it. Next, my schedule changed for the day of, I call back the next day to cancel Morning shuttle & keep my shuttle for 10pm pick up from the venue back to the hotel. Refund will be received 48-72 business hours. Great. Mind you, still the week of the 8th. The night of the wedding 10.21.16 leaving the venue and the driver calls to say he's out front. Now it's raining I'm in my dress we're carrying our decorations and food out to pack up our cars. The driver is parked out front. He was not pleasant from the get go. Not even a smile to me when I got in the van, you know the paying customer. About 10 of us pack in the 14 passenger van. He refused service to my husband the groom because he was too drunk. I understand the contract they can refuse the right to drive anyone however we just got married I'm pretty sure drinking is involved when people get married especially us bride and groom. My husband wasn't yelling he wasn't acting crazy. So after he refused, our best man offers the driver $50 to take my groom back to the hotel, the driver accepts the cash and my now husband pops in the front seat. So clearly it wasn't an issue then. We're ready to leave, the driver backs up and hits my husbands truck that was parked behind him in order to pack up our stuff. The entire truck jolted and the driver was just going to take off like nothing happened until all of my guests screamed for him to stop. Not once did he leave his vehicle to check any damages done as he claims. He provided his insurance information to us. At this point the people dwindled down to about 5/6 people in the van now due to someone getting sick and leaving. We get dropped off at the hotel, not once did I see the driver get out of the van to check anything on our vehicle I don't know if he checked his. Fast forward to a week later, I call to confirm the company knew he hit our truck at which point they tell us we're being charged a sanitation fee. I asked for what and no one called to tell me this and decided to charge my card without my knowledge. They explained the gentleman that got sick, happened to get it alll over the seats. There was a thin strip on the back of the seat before he left. Fine. Then I said, well I just wanted to call to say that we're having our truck looked at to see if there is any damage. She said why? I told her the driver backed into our vehicle. Of course the driver didn't say he hit our truck OR that he accepted $50 to take my husband to the hotel after he initially refused him. Someone from their office calls the driver which in turn the driver called my cell phone twice. I didn't catch either call in time so as I called back as he left me a message which I screen shot to show how unprofessional this company is! He yelled and screamed at me over and over about calling the company and filing a false claim because someone at his office told him I'm claiming there was thousands of dollars in damage. Not once did I say or claim that, all I said was we were having our vehicle looked at. We call the company and they say sorry. Th gentleman is still employed no recourse was taken and finally! After 2 weeks, I get my refund from the canceled trip that should have been provided 1-1/2 weeks earlier. I don't know how you can run a company like this, liars, thieves, taking money after refusing service, not explaining that you're being charged for something until charged and unprofessional. Allowing your drivers to call past customers and harass them! This is one small business I will never give my money to ever again and I will make sure my family and friends in the surrounding area know that as well since they own businesses in the area. read more

What wonderful service! From the moment I called for our reservation (last minute I might add) I was treated professionally and with the utmost attention for our needs. We had a party of six going to the Mann Music Center for a concert. Within minutes of booking, I received an email confirmation and the day of our event, I received a reminder confirmation. Their fees were reasonable and the service was. excellent. Our driver, Rich, was the best. He helped make our evening more enjoyable. Our Lincoln Stretch Sedan was loaded with everything we needed and more! . One star is to many. I paid for a drop off and pickup at Newark International airport. Pick up never happened. Had to use uber to get to airport. Spoke with Michael several times for my refund and a month later still have not received my money back. Terrible businessman and has down right lied to me about refund. Best day ever! That is what my son said when I had Advance Limo Service pick him up at school along with a few friends for his 16th birthday. Prompt service, took them to 2 different places and we were so relaxed with our driver, Steve. He was a genuine gentleman who made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the day. He took pictures of us all with the beautiful stretch limo and on a special request by my son, he even had his picture taken with my son. Advanced Limo even let me change the date at the last minute due to snow. They confirmed the date and time and called me to say not to worry about the weather and that we could just change the date. They were a NO-SHOW.. Hired them for ride to Philly Int'l Airport for a 3:30 am pickup. They said they'd be here by 3:00 am. Called them at 3:15 am....no answer. Called back at 3:30 am and spoke to them and was told I didn't have a reservation even though I gave them a c/c number. I told them I certainly did and I had hired them because they were the only ones who mentioned car seats for the grandchildren. Once confirmed they then told me that my pickup was for 3:30 PM.......even though they charged me an extra $25 for the early AM pickup. Then was told they had no driver so we had to hustle to the airport in 2 cars to make our 6:00 am flight. Didn't have time to park in remote parking ($11 per day). Parked at the airport short term parking directly across from the terminal. Five day parking fee came to $120 for each car. It was still much cheaper than their fee for drop-off and pickup. We booked our wedding transportation with Advanced Limo The cars looked great, they dressed up the cars very nicely, the Rolls Royce, red carpet service and our driver was awesome! People at the office were always ready to help us with all the crazy changes we made all the way up to the day of the wedding. Although the driver himself was a great guy and none of this was his fault, I couldn't recommend this company to anybody. I hired them for my wedding in Doylestown, PA . The plan was to pick up myself and my groomsmen at the hotel, drive us to the venue, then the limo would return to the hotel and pick up the bridal party Even after contracts were signed 3 months in advance, deposits paid, and confirmation phone calls were made as recent as 2 weeks prior to the event, they STILL somehow had down the WRONG pick-up time! The pick up time they had listed for us was 1 1/2 hours after the agreed upon time, which would have nearly ruined the wedding had it happened that way. We only avoided disaster after a series of frantic and increasingly angry phone calls to their office to get the limo dispatched earlier. When the limo finally arrived, there was only time for one trip, so I had the driver just take the bridal party to the venue. My groomsmen and I ended up having to jump into our cars and drive separately to the wedding. On an already hectic and stressful day, this was the last thing we needed. In the end, everything turned out just fine but thanks only to our own flexibility. I wouldn't recommend hiring this company but if you do, have a Plan B in mind. read more

We rented a party bus limo from them last week for my husband's birthday. More than once I requested that we not receive any of the buses with forward facing seats and requested the party limo bus we reserved back in August 2017. They confirmed that specific bus was available and even sent another confirmation with pictures to confirm with us. So imagine our surprise when the driver shows up in the wrong bus. We paid over $1000 for the same vehicle that we specifically said we DID NOT want...the bus with forward facing seats. I immediately conveyed my frustration and disappointment with the driver, who just shrugged it off. I contacted them the next day and was met with no apologies whatsoever or any reasons to why we received the incorrect vehicle. The office manager just said, "the driver said there were no complaints" which was a flat out lie. Can you believe that was her professional answer as to why we were given the wrong vehicle? I have never left a bad review for a company, nor have I have lodged a complaint with the BBB, but I feel like we were completely ripped off and taken advantage of. Shame on them for running a business based on falsehoods. I have all the email communications to back up this review and complaint. read more

BEWARE: Advanced Limousine are complete scam artists. I was a victim of a complete bait and switch for our wedding. In an effort to convince me to rent a stretch SUV versus a stretch car, the man I worked with on the phone said they'd throw in a "complimentary ride to the airport" for our honeymoon if we picked the SUV. Complimentary means free, right? Great! So we signed on the dotted line (on our contract, which stated "Complimentary ride to the airport for honeymoon".....I still have it) A month later, we get a bill for a ride to the airport. on our credit card. What??? So, I call Advanced Limousine and a woman tells me that it was only a complimentary ride IF we paid for a ride BACK from the airport. NO WHERE did it state that, nor was I ever told that when we booked. They refused to give our money back for our "complimentary" ride. BAIT. AND. SWITCH. Awful awful business dealing. read more

I first contacted AL for my 10/8 wedding around 7/3. Up until the wedding, they always responded to my emails & phone calls quickly. The reason I went with AL is because I wanted a limo bus that had captain seats & seatbelts for young children, & wrap around seats for the adults in the bridal party. They were the only company I could find in the area that offered this. I reached out to them again on 8/31 to confirm the type of bus & request pics to send to the bridal party. I received my pics & everything was good. On October 4th, I spoke with AL to confirm the details of the wedding day. At this point, everything was ok.My church was at 3 pm on 10/8.The limo bus arrived at 2 pm. My sister, whose son was the ring bearer, told me that the limo had no captain seats or seat belts. Immediately, I got upset because I went with this company because they offered a specific vehicle I needed. I called AL right away. The woman I spoke to on the phone apologized & said something had happened with the original vehicle.At this point, there was nothing we could do & I was practically in tears. Fortunately, the parents of 2 of the children let them go in the limo but 1 ring bearer was not able to.If they didn't, we would've had a huge issue with getting them to the church. On 10/25 I emailed AL telling them what happened & that I wanted some type of refund for their error. They responded that day and apologized for the "confusion and inconvenience" but the vehicles are on the road & accidents happen, etc. & that "our rental agreement does reserve our ability to switch vehicles in the event of such an unfortunate incident."The limo bus did not get to my house until 2 pm. They had enough time that morning to call and inform me.The worst thing they could have done to a bride on her wedding day was to not inform them & just surprise them with this. read more
