If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional! Stay away from this company. After waiting an hour by the side of the highway due to a flat tire (which I understand happens...) They said we could use the limousine for as long as we wanted after the prom, and that our driver would be waiting there at the event. They were not there after the event and they were upset that they wanted to make 1 stop after just to take photographs. I called to ask the lady who promised the limousine would be available and she hung up on me. They did not even try to make things right. Very unprofessional, there are other companies in town that will take care of your transportation needs. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Stay away from this company like the plague, over priced with shady drivers. I rented 1 hummer and 1 rolls royce, the hummer looked nice but it made a weird rattling noise. The rolls royce looked like some weird Frankenstein put together piece a junk, I doubt it was the real deal. 1000 for 2 hours, tipped the drivers 15% upon arrival. I contracted them from El Paso but the event was in New Mexico, I asked if they could take my daughter and court to La Cruces New Mexico but they wanted an extra $75 for each limo, that did not make any sense to me since they were already in New Mexico. The service was for my daughters Quinceanera, I did not count the people going into the limos, i believe this is the job of the limo drivers since they have the contracts. Once they arrived after the 2 hours I was approached by the driver of the HUMMER, he told me that there were more people in the limos then on my contract and wanted an extra $300. I told him that he should have informed me of this before leaving, I believe he was lying because my daughters court was 24ppl, the hummer was to hold 16 and the rolls 10. He said he was not responsible for counting people when they got on the limo, okay, once again he has put his foot in his mouth (makes no sense). Yet, he's responsible for counting them when they get off (this has scam written all over it). I told him to have the limo company call me and take it up with me, I was not going to hand over $300 because he decided to come at this with me, after the fact, where is the proof? I said I would write a check to the limo company and he could give it to them (I was testing him). He said, no, he needed cash. I said " the hell with you, I'm not giving you cash." The jerk finally says, "just give me $150 and I won't say anything to the company." Ugh, what a piece of work!!!!! I was actually going to tip the whole 18% when they arrived but this attitude made me say hell no. I can't believe there are people like this who are willing to scam people. I put a lot of money, work, and love in to planning this event and making it a perfect day for my daughter and this jerk is trying to squeeze more $$$ out of me. He can rot, I hope karma bites him in the you know what. The people in the office are just as shady, their website rates are different then what they will charge you. The only reason I went with them because there are not many options in the area. I have never been so dissatisfied with any service, and I have reported them to the BBB. UGH!!!!!!! I hope you guys are reading this. One day you're going to mess with the wrong people, you're lucky my only focus was on my daughter and keeping it civil. I would have liked to kick him where the sun doesn't shine. I did not give them any money, my SO finally gave them $40 to get the hell out of there. That was way too generous in my opinion. I suggest going with another company, there are others but don't have as many options. So I paid up front via credit card the night before the wedding. When the driver dropped off us at the church he wanted to know how long the church service would be, that he wanted to "go to the store". I thought that was tacky. Then he drives us to the reception, and demands I pay again. This Limo was a surprise for my husband, so here I am arguing that I already paid and the guy demands I pay cash again. Finally he calls the "office" and they confirm we paid. Then he demands a 45 dollar tip. I had given 20, he said its more. Finally I told him, I am fighting with you in my wedding dress in front of my reception, he's not getting a penny more. I found it strange the night before they wanted me to tip in advanced 20 percent, I said no, Ill pay cash, depending on how the driver does. Completely trashy , unprofessional service. By far the best Limo service in the entire El Paso, Las Cruces area. I needed a limo for 10 people and it was late at night on the weekend, not only did they answered my call after hours but also provided me with a great selection of limos and party buses!! Not a fan. I had to call and have a VIP client picked up from El Paso Airport and brought to Las Cruces. They wanted to charge me $350 for a midnight pick up. The price was highway robbery, but I was in a bind and had no choice, but to pay. I called to following morning to switch the form of payment and they said that they might not be able to do it, but if they could that that would have to charge me an additional 10%. $35 dollars to switch credit cards? Ridiculous. I asked for a receipt and was told by dispatch that it would be a while as he had to wait for the paperwork to come in. I emailed later in the day asking and still never heard anything back. Emailed once again in the evening and was told that the receipt was sent and that I should check my spam box. Nope...still not there. Emailed a 3rd time and was told that i would have to wait until the following day. Totally unacceptable. Overpriced for the services provided and poor customer service.
