I rented 1 hummer and 1 rolls royce, the hummer looked nice but it made a weird rattling noise. The rolls royce looked like some weird Frankenstein put together piece a junk, I doubt it was the real deal. 1000 for 2 hours, tipped the drivers 15% upon arrival. I contracted them from El Paso but the event was in New Mexico, I asked if they could take my daughter and court to La Cruces New Mexico but they wanted an extra $75 for each limo, that did not make any sense to me since they were already in New Mexico. The service was for my daughters Quinceanera, I did not count the people going into the limos, i believe this is the job of the limo drivers since they have the contracts. Once they arrived after the 2 hours I was approached by the driver of the HUMMER, he told me that there were more people in the limos then on my contract and wanted an extra $300. I told him that he should have informed me of this before leaving, I believe he was lying because my daughters court was 24ppl, the hummer was to hold 16 and the rolls 10. He said he was not responsible for counting people when they got on the limo, okay, once again he has put his foot in his mouth (makes no sense). Yet, he's responsible for counting them when they get off (this has scam written all over it). I told him to have the limo company call me and take it up with me, I was not going to hand over $300 because he decided to come at this with me, after the fact, where is the proof? I said I would write a check to the limo company and he could give it to them (I was testing him). He said, no, he needed cash. I said " the hell with you, I'm not giving you cash." The jerk finally says, "just give me $150 and I won't say anything to the company." Ugh, what a piece of work!!!!! I was actually going to tip the whole 18% when they arrived but this attitude made me say hell no. I can't believe there are people like this who are willing to scam people. I put a lot of money, work, and love in to planning this event and making it a perfect day for my daughter and this jerk is trying to squeeze more $$$ out of me. He can rot, I hope karma bites him in the you know what. The people in the office are just as shady, their website rates are different then what they will charge you. The only reason I went with them because there are not many options in the area. I have never been so dissatisfied with any service, and I have reported them to the BBB. UGH!!!!!!! I hope you guys are reading this. One day you're going to mess with the wrong people, you're lucky my only focus was on my daughter and keeping it civil. I would have liked to kick him where the sun doesn't shine. I did not give them any money, my SO finally gave them $40 to get the hell out of there. That was way too generous in my opinion. I suggest going with another company, there are others but don't have as many options. I would also like to mention that I am from California and I would have got the same for half the money plus more time. Id rather walk then have to rent a limo in El Paso.

Unfortunately, I have to give this limo company a bad review. Rented a limo for my wedding on a hot…read moreday in May. The air conditioning wasn't working. I, my bride and my guests were sweating on our way to the reception! The driver was aware of our situation and didn't bother getting a replacement. After the wedding, I met with the manager, who said he would try to resolve the situation. I then received a call from the owner (lady). She basically denied that anything was ever wrong with the a/c. Did not offer to give me a refund. I went through the BBB. The owner negotiated in bath faith the entire time, basically stonewalling. I finally had to settle for a $100 refund. It is bad enough to have a faulty vehicle, but even worse to have bad service and on top of that to refuse to remedy the situation. I wish I had gone with another limo company. I wish I had been more direct with the driver about getting another limo and I wish I had called the company on the spot to get this resolved. But this was my wedding day, I got a million things to worry about and they are supposed to "take care" of you. Even if I had done all those things, based on my experience, they wouldn't have done anything to help me and done more to ruin my wedding day. Fortunately, they did not. Although the limo ride was the low point, the rest of the wedding went great and I was blessed with companies/owners who really took care of their companies. So please take my advice and take your business elsewhere!
