He next claimed this was a specialty part. I informed he they were a standard part on all stoves and easily ordered, if they did not have any in stock. While I was busy unloading boxes he disconnected the battery box with circuit board and drove away. He never followed up with my stove part he took and I ordered a replacement on Amazon and installed it myself. This is the most irresponsible and incompetent stove service technician I have ever met. He was not aware I previously had a stove shop.

Ron's pricing was competitive with other companies, and about 25-30% less than some of their more expensive competitors. Once I selected All Points, Christopher scheduled my installation of a Kuma wood-burning fireplace insert about a month later. The installation included a chimney cap and stainless steel chimney liner. Overall, the installation was done smoothly. I had one small issue with the fan not turning on, and Christopher sent his men out within a week to fix the issue. The Kuma product is an American-made hybrid wood burning stove with a catalytic converter. It is manufactured in Idaho by a family-run company, and I really like the product. I've enjoyed burning wood in the stove multiple times since purchasing it, and I'm confident that I'll be using the stove every Fall/Winter/Spring for many years to come. Everyone has been really great to work with. May 2024 - I finally scheduled our annual maintenance. They sent James out. He was fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, polite and professional. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

Not only did we get an appointment within days, Casey showed up exactly on time, and even called to let us know he was on his way. He used care and caution in our home, and was very respectful by taking his shoes off without even being asked. Casey came prepared with parts necessary for the retrofit. After the main servicing of the 28 year old fireplace, he told us it could easily be fitted with a remote, and that it already had a fan - that was broken. He quickly retrofitted for the remote and installed a new fan. We were so happy that we didn't have to replace the entire fireplace. We cannot recommend this company enough!
