I couldn't believe the absence of pressure --he let me use demonstrators for about 4 months ( "use 'em as long as it takes") and took impressions of my ear canals for a precise fit. He gradually acclimated my hearing to increasing correction. He cleaned my ear canals (after the medical clinic couldn't) and calls me back every 3 months and works me in if I need an adjustment.
