The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. Within 24 hours of my initial quote request, they had me scheduled, and had their handyman, Carlos Hernandez, out to complete the job. Carlos was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. When he arrived, he briefly scoped the job, measured, and explained what he needed to do/roughly how long it would take him. From there, he went out to get the necessary parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. He cut the trim to length in my driveway, installed the trim, and caulked within 45 minutes. Frankly, the new trim Carlos installed looks even better than the original! I would highly recommend Carlos and the Response Crew team to anyone in need of general handyman services. While I only used them for this small job, they will definitely be hearing from me again for other work to be done!
