The installation of my carpet was superb. The quality of the carpet was also fabulous. The issue I had was after the installation, the owner Gabe changed the price he quoted me. I was quoted $386 and I told him I would dispose of the old carpet. Why did I end up paying $180 and $220??? I was told that taking up the carpet was not included. That was never explained to me over the phone. Yes, it was a few dollars, but that is not the point. It is the principle. Professionalism is what I expected from beginning to end. Not lateness without a phone call and no hidden fees. I am sure you will understand this review Gabe. I am sure you would not like this done to you either if you were the consumer.

We scheduled a visit to measure and quote the room. It was an odd shape, so he gave some different options that would cover 90% vs the whole room. In the end it was only like $250 more to go with total coverage of the area. No pressure on the sale, either, more giving pros and cons for each option. Installation day the crew called to inform they were on the way. From start to end it was done in about 4 hours. Everything looked really sharp which is impressive given all the weird corners a New England concrete basement can have.

Was told sure we can do that. Then the installer said we can't after the floors were put in. How can you tell someone your going to do something they asked for and then after it's installed, told you can't. Lack of communication. Floors were not clipped together entirely. Dishwasher floor panel was ripped off and can't be put back on. Baseboard under cabinet was cracked in half. Door entrance flooring was cut too short so filled with caulking (could see mat cushioning). When did caulking noticeably enlarged gaps become professional work? Extremely frustrating. I asked the owner, who is a friend of my father to come take a look and see the work done, but sent his worker. Would never recommend. Living with it 5 months later, still disappointed. See pics

My experience with King Brothers was absolutely phenomenal…read more We did a compete remodel of both our kitchen and bathroom which were 50 years old. Keith was our general contractor. First, Keith showed up right away to get measurements and to get us an estimate He helped us pick out new cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, paint, shower enclosure, shower door and fixtures. I had no idea there were so many decisions to be made and Keith was very patient with me and answered all my questions every step of the way. He also told me when he thought I could repurpose what I already had in my bathroom instead of spending money replacing a relatively new toilet and vanity. Keith also called us regularly to see if we had any questions for him and to check on the progress. He and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and take care of everything down to the tiniest detail. They show up when they say they will, the work is done well and quickly. Also, every day when they left, the kitchen was as usable as possible and it was clean. We were never without a refrigerator, stove, sink, or microwave. Our remodel took a total of 6 weeks and I can't stop smiling when I look at the new kitchen and bathroom that was created. Every detail was attended to and it was an amazing experience.
