First, Keith showed up right away to get measurements and to get us an estimate He helped us pick out new cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, paint, shower enclosure, shower door and fixtures. I had no idea there were so many decisions to be made and Keith was very patient with me and answered all my questions every step of the way. He also told me when he thought I could repurpose what I already had in my bathroom instead of spending money replacing a relatively new toilet and vanity. Keith also called us regularly to see if we had any questions for him and to check on the progress. He and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and take care of everything down to the tiniest detail. They show up when they say they will, the work is done well and quickly. Also, every day when they left, the kitchen was as usable as possible and it was clean. We were never without a refrigerator, stove, sink, or microwave. Our remodel took a total of 6 weeks and I can't stop smiling when I look at the new kitchen and bathroom that was created. Every detail was attended to and it was an amazing experience. I had just put down expensive light wool carpeting and wondered if I had ruined it. I called Rich, got a speedy appointment, and he was right on time. He cleaned one total room and cleaned the mud out of everywhere I had walked. After he was done, he told me it had not been mud, it was motor oil I had tracked in!
