The fat lady with the tattoos told me to come to the store and we will "figure it out" Naturally, I went in cuz I genuinely thought she wanted to help. When I got there her tone was TOTALLY different than it was on the phone l! She was extremely confrontational and got close enough to my face that I can smell her nasty breath! Her behavior was something u would watch on tasteless reality tv shows! She said she has me recorded so I asked to see it, when I got close to her she snatched the phone and told me to back away from her! She said that she didn't want me to see any of her personal information! It was extremely dramatic, and very uncalled for, but I did what she asked me to do because I was trying to de escalate the ridiculous scenario! I finally reached a district manager (weeks later)and he wasn't much help! Long story short, STAY AWAY from this store! Please use virtual try on and order directly from the designer! I did that! I now have my dolce's without stopping to low class behavior. Long story short: PLEASE purchase high end single directly from the maker! I FINALLY was able to get the sunglasses I went DIRECTLY to D n G!, and purchased same exact pair of sunglasses from there! Unfortunately, I paid a little more, BUT it was well worth it, AND I am certain that I have an authentic pair of glasses! This nightmare began early in the summer and I just now received my sunglasses, BUT on the upside, I KNOW that I got an authentic pair AND I didn't have to deal with this classless store manager. ALSO, there is MUCH more to choose from when you purchase directly online from the designer.

Brand new glasses came in with something on the lens, two lines half an inch long, and one of the employees says they are a manufacturer marking. She tells a long tale about black lights and clubs. When you walk in you feel like you're in a high end boutique in the city. The exam is thorough, Dr. Haber takes her time with you and answers all of your questions patiently and with a smile. You feel like you've stopped in to have coffee with your girlfriends. Right now they have a special for exams for only $30. Yes, $30 for a contact lens AND glasses exam. I used to pay $110 and up for my eye exams! They are thinking of ending it soon because of the name outlet and the cheap prices they are concerned they aren't getting customers b/c people see that and think the service is junk. My husband thought the same thing and let me tell you this is not the case at all! My frames were only $100 and they are gorgeous. I get more compliments with these than I ever did with my old frames which cost me over $450 at another eye place. It is run by sweet, loving people who really care about your vision. The selection of frames are AMAZING and the prices are incredible! They also have beautiful frames from Prada, Ed Hardy and other high end brands. They have prescription sunglasses and children's eyewear. I brought my mother there last week for her exam and she was amazed by the professional and caring service. They do take insurance too - call to find out which ones. Yes, they do contacts too! Don't like the trial pair? They'll keep ordering ones for you until you find ones you like. No hassle, no fuss. Please support local small businesses like this. Even if you don't need an exam and are in the area - stop in and check it out. I have never in my life walked out of any doctor's office smiling and laughing before. You will be happy - trust me. I know I am and so is my mom!
