We are closing at 5:00 today." I explained that my son needed a new prescription. The associate responded, "We can try to help, but we are closing at 5:00 p.m. We weren't going to open today because of the watermain break, but we did and closing early". I explained that the website said the store was open today despite the watermain break and no indication of early closure. The associate said she could try to help, but again, "We are closing at 5pm". When she asked about insurance information, I shared I would need to locate my card. She replied that I could look for the insurance card, but that they were closing at 5:00." I had also hoped to look at glasses since the posted hours and website indicated the store would remain open until 7:00 p.m., but instead I left abruptly due to the poor customer service and repeated comments about the store closing early. I felt as though I was inconveniencing the associate simply by coming in during the posted business hours. I was also told to come back tomorrow, which is not possible for me. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and because of it I will be looking for a different optical center.

We would not have even known if our glasses were available; they didn't call us - we had to call them. 3. When mine were finally delivered, they were the WRONG prescription. 4. To make matters even worse, they completely ignored my request that they call me on my cell phone to tell me how they were going to fix this issue, and in what timeframe. Instead they left a message on our home machine (ignoring 3 emails and a voicemail that specifically asked them to call on cell phone). 5. They acknowledged their mistake, but didn't even offer an apology (a simple "we are sorry" goes a long way). Customer service training is in order here. Avoid this place if you can.
