I then emailed daily for the remainder of the week, and phoned the store multiple times, leaving messages. Here it is--Day #5 and the pants still haven't been shipped (without explanation or updates) so my husband called yet again and someone actually answered! When we inquired, the man said, "Oh we don't have those." We requested a refund, and were told that, "The computer is broken." He said he'd process the refund later tonight but I'm having my doubts and will probably have to contact Shop.com. It would have taken ten seconds to let us know that the pants weren't in stock (they're still listed for sale on the website, btw)....I should have believed the reviews before ordering! Buy online from this shop at your own risk, especially if you value good business practices. :(
