There has been several reviews stating the lack of transparency on pricing. Well, I have been around for quite awhile and never saw dentists nor any doctors or other medical professionals with a price list or menu of their procedures... novel idea though... Nothing is free kiddos! When it come to my eyes, teeth or my general health, I do not care what it costs as long as it can be prevented and fixed. You do not go to a 5 star restaurant thinking you get a discount or able to use a coupon? If this dentistry was a restaurant, they would have a couple Michelin stars...

Not the Same Practice Anymore…read more We used to love coming to this office when it was run by Dr. Turnwald and his team. My kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist, and the entire staff was fantastic. About a year ago, I was having tooth pain and called to set up an appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised to get in the same day. However, when I showed up, I found out the entire old staff and Dr. Turnwald had left, and the practice had been sold to a new doctor--without any notice. Even the text and email confirmations still had the old dentist's name, so it was pretty frustrating to show up and find an entirely new staff and doctor. While the new staff was nice and the doctor was okay, the whole experience felt off-putting since I booked the appointment thinking it was still my family's trusted dentist. I also really missed my old hygienist, who always made visits easy for my kids. Honestly, had they been more upfront about the change when I called, it might not have left such a sour taste in my mouth. But now, I drive 30 minutes out of my way to see Dr. Black, where she has her own practice, and it's worth it for the care we receive. Most of the positive Yelp reviews here are for the old practice under Dr. Turnwald, and it says a lot that the entire staff left when he did. We've since followed Dr. Black to new office, and our family is much happier for it.

The entire staff at the dental office made my mom feel at ease and so comfortable during the entire visit. The care she received from every single person at the office went a long way in having my mom comfortable with her cleaning and x-rays. Even when leaving, everyone in the office gave my mom a hearty goodbye and made her feel like a friend, not just a patient. My mom is much more comfortable with having dental procedures now, and that's thanks to the initial visit she had with Dr. Montgomery and her staff. Can't thank them enough!!

She explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and somehow managed to be both gentle and extremely detailed. One of the best cleanings I've ever had. Dr. Amante himself was outstanding. I had three very small fillings in my top and bottom molars, and the entire process was shockingly easy. No shots -- just a gel -- no pain at all, and he was in and out in about 10 minutes. His efficiency and confidence immediately put me at ease, and the work was flawless. What really sets Dr. Amante apart is his level of training and credentials. He is a MAGD (Master of the Academy of General Dentistry), which is a distinction earned by a very small percentage of dentists, and it shows in his precision, conservative approach, and overall care. You can tell he truly knows his craft. Between the professionalism, comfort, and exceptional skill of the entire team, this is easily one of the best dental experiences I've had. She suggested a great and affordable method to actually give me a smile I was wasn't ashamed of. It took time and money but she really went the extra mile many time and at the age of 36 (6 years ago) I was finally able to smile in public. Not only that but they've helped me with many other dental issues and gotten me out of pain or into a better situation many times. Even after we moved much further from their office, I still go there. In fact, all the staff I have been seen with at Webster is really fun and friendly and professional.

Dr. Peter Chung was super gentle and accommodating. My fiancé's teeth gets stained fairly quickly after a cleaning at other places (they said something about his salvia that stains them faster), but so far, his teeth are still clean after Dr. Chung cleaned him. He always asked if I'm comfortable and apologizes before he's about to do something that would be a little painful. The teeth cleaning wasn't as bad. I also had my cavity filled by Dr. Chung. Besides the pain from the numbing needles, everything else was painless. I was petrified with the numbing needles, but that's just me. He's really friendly too. Everything is very clean.
