I love Advanced Dentistry. I was hesitant to try a new dental office but heard great things from a relative, and I'm so glad I tried them out, the entire experience here has been a breath of fresh air. I only wish I started coming here sooner. I've seen Dr Dustin Wylde, he works at a great pace and most importantly is very good at what he does, the best quality dentist I've had. He also has a great personality. The entire staff here is very professional but also pleasant and friendly. I don't want to misspell their names but everyone I've come into contact here has been great. They use modern equipment (the way they were able to measure and design my new crown was very cool) I deal with a lot of vertigo and anxiety issues which makes me nervous anytime I need dental work, and they have been very accommodating and do a great job of putting me at ease and working with me. Besides that, my mouth was in bad shape, I have a bad history with dental genes and decay, to the point where it's embarrassing for me, but they've always been nice about it and have helped me get to a point where I don't mind flashing my smile. I attended an appointment with my son on a Tuesday evening at 5pm. He was in the chair with the hygienist for about an hour. When she was finished, she called for the dentist on her headset and assured me that he would be there in a few moments to do the exam. Time went by and she heard back on the headset that he had gone home for the evening!!!! I am ashamed for them. She looked at my son's chart and said "well you live close. The dentist will look at the x-rays tomorrow and let you know if you need to come back in." What kind of a practice are they running if you make an appointment to see the dentist and he goes home without doing the exam. Not to mention that while x-rays are useful so is ACTUALLY LOOKING in my son's mouth. Apparently quality isn't a priority for Advanced Dentistry. I will not be going back. read more

This dental center is amazing!!! From the concierge reception desk, to the "multi-team" care navigators, I felt well taken care of at this practice. Everyone was welcoming and their communication exceeded my expectations. They also have the most up to date, state of the art equipment, unlike other dentists in the area. Dr Wylde was kind and knowledgeable, handling every obstacle as it presented itself. My anxiety was minimized and I feel the difference is this practice. I will be returning in six weeks for my follow up, but will now make this my permanent dental practice for my annual care as well. read more

I've never had a good dental experience until I was treated by Dr. Dustin Wylde. I suffer from dental phobia and from the minute I walked into the office, I was put at ease. I had a root canal. Dr. Wylde acknowledged my fear, gave me nitrous oxide and managed it so I had enough to relax me so the novocaine worked but didn't make me fly into the ceiling. I'm normally bruised, swollen and sick after the dentist and don't regain feeling until the next day. I could feel my cheek within a few hours and was sore at the injection site - no other ill effects. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry. read more

Unfortunately my experience was not positive with Dr. Dustin Wylde. I saw this dentist as I was having many issues with a dental bridge I received the day prior with another dentist in this practice. Dr. Dustin Wylde was not open to listening and dismissed my concerns and stated there is nothing wrong with the dental bridge. I have since had three consultations to have the bridge remade and all three dentists agreed that the the bridge is defective. It is poorly fit, the gums were not prepared properly and it is not aesthetically pleasing. Very disappointed in my experience with Advanced Dentistry. read more

stay far away, after Dr.Klemma left this place has gone down hill. I have paid over 5k for braces here and have had nothing but issues, bonded retainers breaking, Due to being bonded incorrectly. The new dentist told me they dont know why a bonded retainer was placed on my top teeth as its not ideal and thats why it keeps breaking. Trying to charge me over $500 to get a new retainer after ive paid for my other retainers. Also trying to charge me to remove the bonding from the permanent retainer that broke off due to being poorly bonded. Then call me combative for saying theyre over charging me for their own mistake. Then write false things saying i dont wear my retainer in their notes. When i do and have been there multiple times for retainer adjustments after rebonding my permanent retainer. Front desk people have a bitchy attitude as well as staff. read more

Stay away from this place as far as possible. This is a money making machine. You will come to them healthy and leave with tone of issues that you supposed to do.. They create problems you certainly do not have.. I came for check up and cleaning. No cleaning done but huge estimation of what I need to do for lot's of $$$ and I am 100% sure that those problems they said I have I do not. I am shocked. read more

The staff at Advanced is great; very friendly, and always going the extra step to check with insurance so you'll know what your out of pocket costs are before you schedule a procedure, i.e. bite guard, crown. The hygienists are wonderful, and I appreciate that they use state of the art techniques and equipment, making things as painless as possible! Dr. Wyld is great too, fast and professional! Get a second opinion, IF you decide to use them for your dental care needs. I used to like going here because of Dr. Klemma, he was wonderful--pretty much retired though. Dr. Dustin Wylde is not a good fit. He told me that I needed a crown on tooth #30 but based on his past behavior (friend of his in the exam room while working on me, its another story). I decided to get a second opinion at Webster Dental, I was told that the tooth and I quote was "sound". This would've hit my pockets for $1275, I phoned their corporate head office to try and alert them but this is yet another reason I have left their offices as a patient--I got the run around for days. I am also posting this to the BBB, if Dr. Dustin Wylde has done this to me, he's done it to others. And work for me is slow because of COVID, for him to knowingly do this, speaks to his character. My advice, go somewhere else. read more

I had been going to this office for almost 15 years. In the past two years they got new office staff and we have had to wait in ridiculous places for our appointments, they have messed up our scheduled times and are unaccommodating considering it is there mistake constantly. They do not return calls timely or requests in the porta, very unprofessional. Even if the doctor is good, I would recommend find another office that will be responsive. I would not recommend. The fastest response I got from them was sending me my record, tells me a lot. read more

I went in with my wife and we both wanted to get our teeth cleaned. Upon further review they wanted to do a few other fillings and some other work, and also said that unless we both would do a "deep cleaning" that was $450 per person (after our insurance covering around $1200 on TOP of that), they would not do any dental work on us. At all. The woman at the front desk straight up said that unless we would do a combined $900 in extremely necessary "deep cleanings" that it would be "illegal" (yes, illegal, as in, in violation of a law) for them to work on us. I decided that it would be "illegal" for me to go back, and we have since switched dentists. read more

Dr Klemma and his team are the Best ! They have all the latest technology and the best part is they are so good at making you feel welcome and at ease . I can honestly say NO PAIN I love these people. I have sent all my family to them and all my grandchildren as well. The first time I went , I had to have some major work done , They gave me headphones so I could listen to music while my tooth was getting numb , then I literally zoned out while they took care of my cavity . Both Dr Klemma and Dr Wylde are fantastic. I was referred by my previous dentist when I relocated to Chicago suburbs from upstate NY nearly 4 years ago. I've seen them for cleanings, crowns, root canals and am now starting Invisalign after wanting to do it for nearly 10 years. I've been plagued with horrible teeth since a child, and they do a great job making it as painless as possible. They tell you what is a priority, what to watch and what looks great. They have great bedside manner, they're friendly and actually care about their patients. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. While dentistry in itself can be a frustrating practice, they do their best to make it as headache free as possible. read more

They said they have the special for the new patient including X-ray and basic cleaning , but they don't really give any cleaning at all, basically you go there to have the X-ray and pay for the package. I have been going to Dr Klemma for many years and I am extremely happy he is my dentist. I'm very afraid to go to the dentist and I'm always very relaxed at his office. Not only is Dr Klemma an excellent dentist but he takes the time to make sure that I am okay because I am so afraid in the dentist chair. All of his staff is pleasant and a pleasure to work with for teeth cleaning and all of the other services I may need. My whole family sees either Dr klemma or Dr Wilde and everybody is happy to have them as their dentist. We have Dr. Wylde and he is amazing! They have worked me in for a dental emergency. They are super friendly. Dr. Wylde is very smart and had great bedside manner. I was leery with how young he is, but he is very intelligent, kind, and personable. My husband and daughter have also had great experiences. They offer good hours. It's expensive, like all dentists, but they have payment plans available for people who need them. I had an amazing dentist before I moved from Michigan and after having had negative experiences with dentists in the past, I was so relieved to find this place on the first try with a dentist. I found Advanced Dentistry when I was in pain. The receptionist gave me an appointment within 1 hour after my call, by the time I got there she already spoke to my insurance and got my benefits!Dr Klemma did a pain free root canal and the pain disappeared for good. I went back for a cleaning which was an absolute great experience,super educational at the same time. Dr Wylde came in and prioritize all my treatment,fixed my front teeth the same day. Advanced Dentistry is by far the most wonderful dental facility I have ever been to. Drs Wylde & Klemma are pleasant, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgable. The entire office has an amazing vibe going and even the most nervous patient will quickly be relaxed and feeling confident about their procedures after arrival. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. I have been coming to Dr. Klemma's office for over 20 years. I absolutely hate having my teeth cleaned, it's worse than going to the GYN's office for me. Without my favorite hygienist Laura and Dr. Klemma quite frankly I wouldn't go to the dentist at all. Laura will totally put you at ease, check in with you to make sure you are doing okay thru the process and makes sure you realize the importance of maintaining your teeth (without being a nag). With the addition of Saturday hours they also made it even more convenient to go. They will not do you wrong. read more
