This dental office is beautiful, clean and have the latest dental technology and explain everything to me. My teeth felt good but I need a lot of work done; not sure if I will get it done here. I personally had issues with cost, explanation of charges and my dental insurance encouraged me get another opinion. There's a disconnect between the dentist and the front office. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and have never been able to get someone on the phone. I left a voicemail and couldn't get someone on the phone. Last month I had an issue with them charging me for a visit that I never scheduled, nor was I ever at their office on that day. And I was trying to call them to question why this charge was even there and they never answered my messages or my phone calls. I had to physically go to the office to talk to them about it, and they told me to just ignore the charges, because it was a mistake on their end. That was about 3 weeks ago, And I'm still getting messages about an unpaid invoice. Also, there is pain in my tooth after a crown replacement procedure , I have been calling, to get this issue dealt with before I get the permanent crown put on, but no one is returning my calls, I don't want to pay the money to go all the way to their office just to deal with something that could be handled in a phone call. My dental treatment here has been fine so far, I am confused as to why I'm having nerve pain after a crown replacement, when I had absolutely no pain on that tooth before the crown was replaced. But I don't know why this is happening nor can I get anyone on the phone to have a conversation about it or schedule a follow-up exam. Other than that my experience with the dentist here have been good. And that's really the only reason they're getting the two and a half stars. Because the other half of me determining if a business is decent or not is their ability to conduct business. Their ability to communicate and theirs is ass.

From a warm blanket, to snacks, juice, and even warm soup! At every appointment they make sure that they walk me to the correct station and I am handed off the the right department. The Cancer Center wing has had a lot of construction for the last 2 years and it's great to see that it looks beautiful and so spacious now. They have windows and can see the sun!
