Took my Xbox One X in On a Monday after dropping it in the floor over the weekend (HDMI), Couldn't see anything on the screen so I took it in and they fixed it the next day! I picked it up on Tuesday, although they didn't have any extra HDMI ports for the Xbox one X they simply took out the damaged one and swapped it with the HDMI out port (the extra hdmi plug on the back of the Xbox) and now everything's back to normal! Honest place, gives you options when trying to repair your stuff. Brought my laptop in and informed them I had a white screen randomly. Never dropped and had took it elsewhere with a diagnosis of a screen repair. Gentlemen that helped me gave me options as to what could be the possibility and prices of what it would cost depending on what it was. The other place I took it had quoted me at $225 parts and repair. No options given just automatic screen needs to be repaired here's our price. ACR was the total opposite, got a call probably 2 hours later informing me it was not needed to repair the screen and they were able to fix it. Ok. What you're not going to do is play me like you called and told me what the problem was and what you were going to do. You didn't say anything about glue!!! You stated a bracket or replacement. If you said you were going to glue it back in place I would not have done it for $75. You didn't give me that option, you saw a vulnerable customer when I came back in to check the computer was already being repaired. Guess you forgot you told me you would call and let me know what needed to be done. Once you found out the issue why didn't you call, to tell me you were going to glue it back in place. No change of heart I did not agree to $75 glue when I was told bracket for $75 or $90 for a part, I would have said no charge me for taking it apart and don't fix it. I would like a copy of the proof of warranty and a detailed repair slip stating no part needed. If it's not too much to ask, mine says Dell PC jack repair. Nothing regarding warranty as stated by Brian if he wasn't trying to be funny. read more

I was receiving the blue screen of death in additional to another error. This had happened 2 other times so I figured it was time to replace hardware. They quickly diagnosed the problem and advised of the fix. They are always professional and courteous. I took away 1 star because (1) realizing I was eager to get my computer back, I made the calls for the status updates. I had not received a call when the test had finished or when my computer repair was done. It's not that it took soooo long but it had been completed when I called and I wasn't notified. (2) I agreed to replace the hard drive but didn't think to inquire whether it was like for like as far as size. I'm sure I would have chosen what they installed based on price or need but I believe I should have been presented with the option to downsize from the original. Best Buy told me to throw it out, and HP Tech Support was even worst. As a last resort, I walked into ACR, and without saying a word, Brian(one of their technician) told me exactly what was wrong, and said "no problem, we can fix that". They did, and at the cost they estimated. My laptop is working, and I will ship any equipment that needs repair to these folks. Very thankful to this shop, after my computer crashed I initially took it to geeksquad, they told me it would be a minimum of $800 once they sent it out. I could buy a new computer for that much! I was emotionally attached to everything on my computer so I took it to Advanced Computer Resources. They fixed it for about a third of the price including labor. The best part for me is all my files and pictures were still there.( I was expecting it to be reset. ) Adam always called me before they did anything so there was no surprise when I got the bill. I went in about a week ago because I was having a major problem with my computer. They told me that the would check things out but it sounded like my hard drive was bad. Low and behold I get a call letting me know that it was a courrpt file that was causing all the chaos. I was able to pick it up the next day after backing up my files and to a new format on my hard drive. On top of that they back it up on my portabal one too. I had my iPhone XS, replaced here. This was the cheapest place, and it shows. They had great customer service, but man the screens are bad. They do have 6 month warranty on their screens which is nice, but at this rate I need a new screen every week. I already had one replaced. There is constant, glitching, freezing and color change. If you care about your phone, just pay the extra to go to Apple or your carrier. read more

Amazing repair shop, I was going to take my computer to Best Buy because I wanted to make sure it was going to be taken care of correctly, but I opted to go with Advanced Computer Resources. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism I received. I paid half the price of what I would have paid to go to Best Buy and not only did I get my computer repaired I also had a new DVD ROM installed. And I only paid $80! Best Buy one at $150 and that was just to flash my BIOS. I will definitely be coming back here for any future computer needs or repairs my buddy is already going to be calling them to have them build him a gaming computer. I originally brought my computer to be cleaned of viruses and malware and decided whilel the computer was in there possession that they give me a quote on upgrading the operating system. The company called me the next day and quoted the repair price as well as upgrading the system. I agreed to the price and said it was fine. I was not given any instruction on how upgrading my operating system and how it would affect my programs. The company then called me and asked if I needed all my files returned to my computer and I said yes because I use it for business purposes. Once I received my computer back with repairs I realized that they deleted my Quickbooks Contractor with payroll program that cost me over $400 as well as all my MS Programs- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access which cost over $200. I originally purchased all these programs in 2012 and did not have the CD to reboot onto my computer. If I new that everything was going to be deleted I would have never agreed to upgraded the operating system and just had the computer cleaned of virus and tuned up. I called the business and explained my situation and felt that it was their professional duty to make the customer aware that I would lose all of my programs. They had no remorse and said " That to bad" That was there customer service and how they dealt with my concerns. The cost of cleaning the computer and upgrade was under $130 the programs I lost were more than $600 read more
