Then I brought the car to Paul at North Shore Auto Collision, he quoted me a tenth of their price, reaffixed the fog light which needed to be clipped back in and pointed out that all the little scrapes were under the bumper which would not be visible, so I saved on paint. He was pleasant, polite and professional. The work was completed in a just a few hours and my car was good as new, they even removed some of the scuffs which was very nice of them. Such a positive experience. I will be recommending North Shore Auto Collision moving forward.

Because of this transaction i asked about 2 windshield that we need replaced. One was about average price. The one for my son's family car was a 1/3 of price of other places. It's a new car with a dumb windshield that needs computer programming. Love that technology. I'd recommend using their services just off my experience. They were busy also, they still took good care of the customers that were there and ones calling in for questions. The technician was nice and friendly even apologized for not being able to get all the glass out of the cracks. Not to sound bad, I didn't think it was his job to make me whole, but he did and he did a super job cleaning the glass up. Thank you, I apologize for not remembering your name. The window was installed and upon picking up the car I looked closely at the new windshield to see if I could detect any differences. The only two differences I could find was the name brand was different than the OEM glass. The shade at the top was exactly the same as was the clarity etc. the only other difference I noted was the price they charged me here was far lower than an OEM glass. Also the Eyesight system worked perfectly as well. Very happy with the price and windshield. Bravo!!
