I told the lady who answered the phone what the truck would need and she interrupted me and said you're gonna have to bring the truck here so we can give you an estimate. I told the lady it was an older vehicle, and that I was not sure because of the damage if it was worth fixing. I told her everything that it wouldn't need and she interrupted me again and said you're going to have to bring it here - basically the secretary or the person that answers the phone didn't want to deal with me even after explaining, exactly what the truck would need, just wanting a very rough estimate, and telling her it I was not sure if it was worth fixing. She was somewhat rude and I actually even said ma'am you sound like you don't even want my business and she responded with it would be after January before we would even be able to get work done on it anyway (was late December when I called). I called them because they seem to have high reviews which I'm surprised if the people talk to this lady first.

Three huge complaints!! 1). $335 towing fee!!! The accident…read morewas less than five miles away. When we arrived at the business and asked about it, the reply was, "well that's the going fee." Uh NO!! I can have the car towed to my house 22 miles away for $200. Somehow they can't find the "actual" towing bill. 30 minutes later when someone else shows up, they finally locate the bill. See the picture, $150 - tow, $65 admin fee, $45 clean up, $75 winching. SERIOUSLY??? I understand the tow, but all the rest is BS!!! 2). My daughter was never told there would be a storage charge. She actually bought her car from the lot associated with the business. And they let her sell her old car from that same lot and never charged her any storage charge. 3) RUDE with an attitude like they just don't give a s*it. ("It was your responsibility to call us". "Did you think we'd just store it for free". "That's just the going rate". WTF!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! My daughter was in an accident in her old Jeep less than 5 miles from the shop. The car was badly damaged and had to be towed. She had a severe concussion as a result. While EMS was helping her, the car was towed to Rick Worley and Son (of a bi-itch). This was a Thursday and Monday when we called we were told the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. THAT WAS FINE and anticipated. BUT we were told then we owed the towing fee ($335!!!) and storage fees of $35 per day!!! Again, WTF!!! By Thursday we find our best option is to just scrap the vehicle, but now we owe $580. AND then I'm told we can just sign the vehicle over to them to cover the bill, which is what we ended up doing. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

They were recommended by my friend, who is also a close friend of the owners. Parking in front of…read moretheir store is very limited and unless you already knew it, they had parking around back but not clear. Service was completed as requested in the time agreed to. I trusted the cost quoted to replace CV joints without research because recommended by a friend and the estimated cost seemed very reasonable. I was called with a cost of repair before they did the work and it was done on time and as quoted. The only frustrating thing was I wanted the car repaired and picked up by a friend since I was going to be out of town on business. I had a check made out to pay for the repairs but when I called I was told they would not accept a check. I reminded her I had stopped by a few days before to set up an appointment and at that time I explained I would be out of town on business and would they accept a check. I reminded her we were both were close friends with dealer who recommended them, she verbally agreed. I even suggested she contact him since I have done business with him over 20 years. She said that was not necessary. However, when I called to get the price and mentioned my friend would bring a check, drop off my truck and pick up my car. She told me she would not take a check. I reminded her based on my earlier visit the week, she agreed to accept a check since I would be out of town. It was no use, she said she never said that. I reminded her of our discussion but she did not remember. Why would I make that up since I came in to discuss my being out of town when making the appointment. I tried to convince her of out discussion but no use so I gave up. I ended up paying a 3% credit card surcharge. Because of this, I decided not to drop of my 2016 RAM because of this issue, I took my business to another auto shop.
