He even allowed my husband to look over his shoulder while troubleshooting--explaining each step and why he was doing it. In the end, Matthew discovered that we didn't need a new auger motor at all--just a thorough, professional cleaning. He gave our stove an excellent deep clean inside and out, then walked us through how to maintain it properly to prevent the same problem in the future. After reassembling everything, he refilled the pellets, started the stove, and carefully observed the auger's movements until it was running smoothly again.
