The earlier sweep was done by another company hired by the buyer, which indicated that there might be the oil tank underground, and recommended further inquiry. So, I hired NJ Oil Tank Sweep to tell me where to dig. Rob did extensive sweep and concluded with conviction that there was none, and there were only sewage pipes. But when I presented the report to the buyer, they wanted another opinion, so they hired GPR Tank Sweep and that guy's report was that there is definitely a decommissioned tank, even drilled through the driveway to show the metal and sand coming from the holes as proof of the existence of the tank. Even drew with the chalk the imaginary tank outline. I had no choice but to hire the excavation company. But when they wrecked my driveway - they found no tank! What they did find was a sewage pipe damaged by the GPR guy's drill. Rob was right all along, and I can highly recommend him for an accurate and correct sweep!
