The supervisor would tell us one thing and the owner would tell us another. No one was on the same page. After the work was completed, I have contacted the owner and supervisor more than 20x to get some things fixed, like cracking walls from where they did drywall too close to my vent system (so now it makes a loud boom sound every time it turns on) and the closet doors being put on the wrong way so we struggle to get them open. I keep being told "I'll put you on the schedule" and we never hear from them. It has been 6 months and still no one has shown up to fix this stuff!!!! I would not recommend.

While this was by no means an emergency, Doctor Locksmith sent Kevin over to our home within an hour to assess and repair. Kevin arrived with a mask on which I very much appreciated considering the new COVID variant. The consult fee to come and assess was $34. He explained that he'd work on removing the old, broken lock and then discuss replacement. There was a consult fee, lock removal fee and then he replaced both (2) locks on the door. It was a pricey visit but well worth the efficiency and resolution provided. This was likely the most stress-free home repair we've experienced as homeowners thus far! Highly recommend Kevin and Doctor Locksmith.

After having a really bad experience with another mobile locksmith (to the point we didn't even allow him to look at the car), I called MD 24/7 and Eli sent Byron right over (meaning in less than an half hour). Byron is what customer service dreams are made of. He was friendly and patient with a lock novice like me. He took the time to explain how my key worked and how it works with the cars security system. Eventually (after a couple to calls to confirm his suspicions), he told me that it actually is not the key that is causing the problem, but maybe the electrical system of the car. He then patiently explained it again to my SO (because, honestly, I could not grasp it enough to explain to someone else). After all the time he spent diagnosing that that key is not the issue (which you know, the average person would have made the key, charged us, and left before us figuring out it has nothing to do with the key), he didn't charge us, since we didn't really use his services! Byron spoke very highly of the company (which is always wonderful that the employees are happy because their bosses treat them well). He was patient and thorough. I will shout from the rooftops about how awesome this company is, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

After listening to the owner and one of his workers loudly f-bombing each other for 10 minutes the person at the counter again took all of my information in a spiral notebook, made me shout the dimensions because the f-bombing in the background was so loud. Then the cabinets took longer than a 3-day delivery because of the day I ended up ordering it on. The cabinets also arrived late on delivery day. Bud told me there was traffic.
