This company was absolutely horrible to work with. I wanted to try them out before committing to a full job out of pocket so I purchased a Groupon. I'll save the extremely long version but in essence, the Groupon covered very little and I told the woman who made my appointment that it was fine and I just want to do what is covered and pay nothing additional as we are simply testing out the service. If I was satisfied with the service, I would have them come back and do more. She let me make an appointment based on this information (I am unfamiliar with HVAC systems). The technician came to my home and seemed fine at first until he began being condescending to my husband (I was not at home at the time but was on the phone with my husband). We explained to him what I had already said on the phone to the woman and he said that was not how it worked and that we would have to pay what amounted to over $300 extra for our system. We explained again that we weren't doing that but if we like the service, they would come back and do that. He called the woman (her name is Anna) on the phone to verify my previous conversation and not realizing that she was on speakerphone, she called my husband "hard-headed and a f***ing idiot." My husband was obviously insulted and yelled at Anna that he heard every word. She and the technician then continued the conversation in their native language (uncertain what it was as I was not there) presumably since she had been caught being very rude and unprofessional. The technician was told to leave and I called Anna back myself, had a few choice words with her in regards to the insults spouted about my husband, and told her I was reporting the company to Groupon, returning the service voucher, and giving a poor review. I don't do this unless I feel very strongly about it and the behavior they demonstrated was completely unacceptable. I will never consider doing business with them again. read more
