He did a great job--was very tidy--and finished right on time! I noticed the air was fresher, and, of all, the persistent musty smell was gone from the powder room, which we initially thought was a P-trap we had already serviced (by a plumber). I also had him clean my dryer vent, and he came back to clean a couple of fabric chairs, which looked great afterward. Best of all, his prices were fair and even a bit lower than those of other companies. Use any or all of his services, and you will be completely satisfied!

We recently had Lee Company perform service on our A/C units as part of our annual maintenance…read morecontract. To be honest, it's been a long time since I've been truly impressed by a service technician's work ethic and attention to detail. That changed when Ronald Edmonds came out to service our system. Ronald restored my faith in what exceptional customer service and craftsmanship look like. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work. He didn't just perform a routine maintenance check--he treated our system as if it were his own. He thoroughly inspected every component, explained what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was operating at its best. What impressed me most was the care he put into every detail. He cleaned and serviced our 15-year-old unit so meticulously that it looked nearly brand new when he was finished. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality are rare qualities these days. I can't say enough good things about Ronald. Lee Company is fortunate to have someone who represents their organization with such pride and integrity. If you're lucky enough to have Ronald service your equipment, you'll quickly understand why he stands out.

Well if you would have installed properly and not had to fix the damage you might have made some money. I then asked for less and am still waiting for an answer 1.5 months later.

So sweet - seemed to care so much about my family, and newborn baby in the home. Gave me a quote to replace ALL the ductwork under the house... we had a large tear in some of the trunk lines under the house and a thick sludge that couldn't be cleaned out of some of the ducts... he sent someone else to do the work... the man "cleaned" some of the ducts and replaced only two lines... when he "finished" I told him the job was to replace ALL of them, not two of them... the price would be astronomical to replace two... he then commited coming back another day to finish and replace the rest and to clean/treat under the home as well with a special blue spray for free... he told me he would be back to finish the job... he took the money and ran.... After many texts with the owner and promises they were coming... they claimed they came to measure... I work from home... never saw them... the owner ghosted me. Not responding to texts. Too late to dispute the credit card charge since he kept saying he was coming - I believed him. Shame on him.
