I initially spoke to Maria who was very helpful. I needed a sign with my logo on it but I needed it in a rush. She told me if I sent over the information, they could likely have it done the next day. I sent over the graphic and it wasn't long before I received the proof. I had a few changes I wanted after seeing the proof and they were quick to make the changes. Later I spoke to Patricia about the final changes and again, she was quick to make the adjustments and get the proof over to me. Once I approved the proof, because I needed it so quickly, Patricia said she would try and get it to me that afternoon. It wasn't long before I received an email saying Maria had completed the work and it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, it was pouring rain and the man inside wrapped up my sign in plastic to protect it. The sign was perfect and again, I can't thank them enough for putting this all together in less than 24 hours. Great store and I'm sure I'll be back. HIGHLY recommend their services.

Copy2Copy completed an amazing document digitization project for us, preserving our family legacy…read morefrom the past 100+ years. This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.

The booklet was completed with a digital copy on a memory card. They even made me a second copy for free! Was it worth the cost and time? Absolutely because the booklet will head out to a friend that has lost his years ago! The booker is from our bootcamp days from the U.S. Navy from 1987! Unfortunately, while the prices are still affordable there, it appears the company is likely owned…read moreby new owners, because quite a number of questionable changes have happened in recent months. Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop.
