Came here to have some T-Shirts made for some employees who created a hiking club at work. We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party. I highly recommend T-shirt Mart if you need to have any customized personalized clothing or merchandise in the San Diego area.

Moe offered another solution which was printing the logos directly to garment. He just needed a high resolution picture and he was able to print 3 logos onto my jersey the same day while I waited! It took about an hour to get it all done. This was an awesome experience and will most likely go back when I need something else made.

embroidery job on three $75 sweatshirts : both visible to…read moreeye (most important) and measured crooked - besides being in the wrong placement. loud mouthed, defensive owner argued tooth & nail over the inarguably bad job. blames it on his equipment and said he shouldn't ever take embroidery jobs - ok, why did he take and ruin mine?? that's what the shop DOES. charged same $24 digital fee on each of the matching sweatshirts (takes only one set-up digitally) and a separate $25 embroidery fee...and balked at reimbursing for just the embroidery on one sweatshirt ($25)! Hollered at me, "What! You want it for free?!" In addition, called to tell me afternoon before that they were ready to be picked up, "open til 5". Got there at 4;40. CLOSED. Horrible service, worse product.
