We've been putting off our biggest project for last and that was finally getting a French drain for our water seepage problem. We live on a hill so once there is any rain, the influx of water really floods our foundation and it was seeping into our garage and crawlspace. I had 5 different companies come and give me their thoughts & estimates and once I met Carlos from Drainage & Moisture Control, I knew that he definitely was an expert. He was super knowledgeable and thorough and I just felt good genuine vibes from him. Out of all the estimates, Drainage & Moisture Control was the most professional & detailed. Although they were on the top end of our budget, we went with them because we felt that it was worth the extra spend for high quality work. Pavers Express responded and we made an appointment with a project manager to visit the property. Good experience so far... This is where it got frustrating. The project manager showed up an hour late and took measurements. He promised a quote the same day. Never heard from them again! If they would have told me, they don't want to quote the project that would have been totally fine. Not a good experience overall.
