A fair price was agreed upon and I told Victor I was happy to wait as long as he needed to work me in. ( He had several larger jobs on the books already). To my delight, he called yesterday and today, June 22, the doors are repaired and repainted and look as handsome as they did when I first purchased my home. Victor is a very easy gentleman with whom to do business. His painters are polite, conscientious, precise and quick. I am so happy I chose this company to complete this work and am a completely satisfied customer. Thank you so much, Victor!

It is very obvious from the unsatisfactory appearance that your employee lied to me and never applied the primer. He also agreed to use fiberglass tape because paper drywall tape has a tendency to bubble if not properly applied, which it has now. Moreover, the cause for drywall tape bubbling or cracking is almost always not enough mud under the tape or too much mud on top. This was not the professional job I expected.

Steve provided my mom a bid with a list of everything that would be done, explained things to her and it was quick and simple. Other companies were a bit way too much for what my mom wanted to do, although nice to be aware of other options but it wasn't what she wanted and the quote was double to triple what Steve quoted. Steve was able to schedule out 3-4 weeks for our paint job, he called a couple days before to let us know when he'd be out. First day was power wash and walk through of what colors my mom wanted and where each color would go specifically. My mom is pretty agreeable to anything and she was going to let Steve decide but he told her "I want you to be happy with it." I appreciated that, shows he wanted his customer to be satisfied and not just get the job done. Steve's team did everything he said would be done, made sure to cover and mask off everything. Walk through was done and only a few little spots my mom wanted touched up and Steve took care of it. My mom enjoyed talking to his team and they appreciated it as well. Very satisfied customer, thanks Steve + team!

Their quotes are accurate and fair, and Steve and his crew are always respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. We've completed several large projects with them, most notably renovating our building's outdated hallways and repainting our garage. As the resident manager for the building, I worked directly with Steve to coordinate projects around residents, unit turnovers, and our tight scheduling needs. He has painted cabinets in multiple units, along with walls and any other painting project we've needed with great quality. Steve and his crew are reliable and do a great job working around our schedule while making sure the work is done right. Their communication and flexibility have made coordinating projects easy on my end. We highly recommend!

I hired Mr. Pree for interior painting, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing…read more The prep work was poor--walls weren't properly sanded or smoothed before painting. He quoted four days but rushed through it in two, cutting corners and clearly skipping essential prep work to get out faster. He painted over everything--hinges, vents, cable cords, and outlet receptacles--which I had to replace at my own expense. He didn't use drop cloths under the baseboards before painting them, and so the paint streaks and splotches on the concrete slabs had to be sanded down by the installers before laying laminate, costing me more time and money. For the price I paid, I expected more professionalism and attention to detail. I would not recommend him based on my experience.

We were struggling to find a painter that would call us back, show up when he said he would, and…read moregive us a quote we could work with, for months. We worked through a couple referred painters and weren't impressed. Finally, I found Victor Martinez. He called me right back, set up an appointment to see the job and even showed up on time! We needed our family room, hallway and living room painted and we're a family of five, so we had stuff painters were going to have to work around. I also fantasized about having the ceiling painted, but didn't think it was possible because of the stuff he'd have to work around to get it done. Victor came in and assessed the job, said he could get it all done in a couple of days. I thought, no way. He even said he could do the ceiling with another half day added on. He and his partner, also Victor, came in and got right to work. They did the first coat of the ceiling, were careful to tape so my new hard wood floors didn't get drips, they moved the stuff covered it with plastic and worked around it and did a FANTASTIC job. They were efficient, hard working and I trusted the price as being on target with the effort. Especially, after getting other bids that were ridiculous, from flaky bidders. I used to like painting everything myself, but am past the age and inclination. I would totally hire Victor again for anything that needs painting.
