I attempted to call them at 9 am. I was on hold for two hours with an automated before giving up and attempting to leave a voice mail. Doing so ended the call. I attempted to call multiple times between 11 and 5 pm. Each resulted the same. Not having anyone available to answer the phone the entire day is unacceptable. I am now going into the work week with no idea whether they'll look at my car, let alone the costs of repair or how long it will take. Genuinely any word from a human person would be an improvement. Cannot recommend this establishment.
