Over the years I've heard a lot of people in the Saab world recommend Goldwing Saab Parts, but I never had the need to order a used part from across the country. That is until my lower control arm snapped and my mechanic said a used one would be easier to install than a new one. Most of the used parts out there are very rusty, however Kyle offered to sandblast and repaint the part. Sounded good to me. I ordered the part and said I needed it in time for my mechanic to install this week. The part arrived today on-time, clean, and painted just like he said. Thank you Kyle and Goldwing Saab Parts (I've already recommended you to a friend who owns several Land Rovers)!

I asked this person, who was different from first person how many miles on diff and he said "about 150,000 but its in good shape". SHould have known then what I was dealing with. I got into the parking lot at 5:00pm, walked in by 5:01 and they would not allow me in the yard because it was 29 minutes to close... even though I called ahead asking if it was okay. Not cool guys, very not cool. Moral of the story is, don't expect kindness from these folks and make sure you're there EXACTLY 30 minutes beforehand.

I had a 2009 ML63 was being held hostage at Contemporary Motor Cars Inc. at 100 Oceanport Ave, Little Silver, NJ since April 2019. This dealership has since been caught making misleading and deceptive statements in order to have me pay them extra money. All done in an attempt to force me to pay over $12,000 for parts as well as a replacement transmission they stated in writing was needed. In short, I went to have a transmission control module re programmed for $330 and was overcharged with an email explaining a $3600 bill that was never agreed on. Dealership "So far we have booked a total of Parts and labor $3615.80 on this repair, because of the way we worked on the vehicle". Then being told I needed to pay more money for a new valve body and then another $7,000+ for a new transmission. Unbelievable situation for company such as Mercedes Benz to put a customer through. I spoke with Joe from Benwood Auto and ordered a 722.9 valve body as instructed by mechanic because I refused to pay $1500 from mercedes for a new part I knew was not needed. Joe sends it out to me and it arrives a few days later. Contemporary Motor Car's mechanic Dale, tells me it is incorrect. This is after I had taken screen shots in front of this mechanic to confirm it was the right valve body. I am just told it is too bad and I need to reorder the right part. I call Joe and give him new details about what is being requested. They find the next valve body and send it out immediately. Here was the shocker........ Joe did not want to charge me for the second valve body and told me he understood what I was going through with this situation. I was just asked to send back what ever valve body they did not use. The dealership kept my ML63 for several weeks and in the end, I had to pay them for work that they lied about performing. They ended up giving me back a car that was not operational. It drove perfectly before giving it to the dealership. When I got it back, I was told it needed a new transmission. I took it to get inspected by another transmission specialist, to find that the dealership had lied and the original valve body was in perfect working order, as was everything else Contemporary Motor Cars had stated in writing needed replacing. Total fraud!!!!!! So I was left with 2 valve bodies that have not been installed and are still in the boxes they arrived in. I was so grateful for Benwood Auto Parts help, that I sent both valve bodies back. They insisted on giving me a refund but I explained that for the amount of time and effort they gave me, I would not accept any refund. These guys paid for shipping on both valve bodies to be sent to me and then they paid for both to be returned. I have never seen customer service at this level and if you are looking to buy parts for your vehicle, I cannot recommend this company any higher.
