I'm sure they have the car parts and accessories that you need. It's just for me, every time I've…read moregone in, it's been a 50/50 toss up as to the service. And honestly, if I were a woman, I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole as once there was person at the counter who treated me like I was a "dumb blonde female" when I asked a question about part availability and for confirmation that I would be buying the correct part. Look, I'll admit my knowledge about cars isn't the greatest, even after having worked at a dealership. However, I find it discouraging, and frankly disgusting, that you're going to make the assumption that everyone who comes up to you to ask a question doesn't know one iota about cars, male or female. Whether or not this person still works there, I honestly don't know as I haven't seen him the last few times I went in. However, if you want to not automatically be treated like an idiot, I would suggest traveling further to visit NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts, or AutoZone, where each time I've visited these places, I was at least treated with enough respect and not made to feel like I was interrupting the person's daily task of doing nothing.

Here is a synopsis of the situation: - I bought the Tahoe…read moreat the end of November - Within 4 days I discussed the items that needed to be corrected on the vehicle with my salesman, which were many. He directed me to the used vehicle sales manager. - I called the used vehicle sales manager and I didn't get a return phone call. - I called the used vehicle sales manager again a week later and finally got the appointments scheduled after arguing with him explaining that chips in the windshield, torn seats, alignment, not heat, rust, burned out light bulbs, broken stereo parts, and window motor noises were not "used car items" and that these items needed to be taken care of. He offered to exchange the vehicle if the items weren't taken care of. - Most of the items were looked at and some of them were taken care of. When I brought the vehicle back for the 2nd visit, I asked the body shop about the rust. They explained that the vehicle was rusting from the inside out and that they couldn't guarantee that the $29,000 vehicle wouldn't rust in the next year. At this point I tried to contact the used vehicle sales manager 2 times and wrote my concerns to my salesman. I didn't receive a phone call back or reply to my email. - I finally got a hold of the sales manager after 2 weeks. I said I was unsatisfied and gave him my reasons why. I explained my biggest concern, other than the many items that weren't taken care of, was with the rust. I told him that I shouldn't be paying such a high ticket for a vehicle that I didn't know had all these hidden problems and that will rust out in a year or so. He blew my off and said he couldn't help me anymore and that he did all that he could do. I asked him to take the vehicle back like he said he would and give me the dollar amount I paid in credit towards a different vehicle. He said he wouldn't do that anymore and pushed me towards the general manager. The general manager said he would give me trade in value towards another vehicle. I explained to him what the used vehicle sales manager said and he said he wouldn't do that. The general manager said it would be bad business to give anything more than trade in value. I don't understand that comment. I am an unsatisfied customer that wants to be taken care of. I was told that I would be able to have dollar for dollar trade ability if the vehicle didn't get to my standards. I don't want my money back. I just want my money to be well spent. Don't buy here
